Triangle Chiropractic

I have been having back pains in my lower back since last year and just ignored them. Finally, I decided to visit Triangle Chiropractic and WHAT A CHANGE in just one visit. The troubleshooting mechanism was just great and I already feel a lot better, makes me feel completely relieved and I haven't felt this good for a long time now. I was surprised that the doctor gave me ~ 1.5 hrs for preliminary examination. I mean who does that ....and I am very thankful to them. For over a year I have been looking to find a chiropractor that was knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable and GOOD. I happen to find an extremely qualified chiropractic office in Durham, NC – a long way from where I live. I stepped into Dr Jason Graczyk office on a Sat morning, and found him to be the doctor I have been searching for. He explained to me what he found, in his more than an hour preliminary examination, and what I needed to do to be in a state of less/or no discomfort. It was truly great how he adjusted my spine, shoulders and released the tightness of the muscles that were causing me much discomfort. He gave me specific exercises that I need to do to maintain the adjustments and encouraged me to keep doing my general exercises on a daily basis. It definitely was his ‘healing’ hands that got me up and moving! I live in Tempe, AZ and I have the luxury to fly the friendly skies frequently, so I will be traveling to Durham NC on a monthly basis to help me move more freely and comfortably more

If you are looking for exceptionally competent, skilled, knowledgeable, capable, chiropractic physicians then look no further. They are also compassionate, kind, and willing partners in your healthcare. I have seen them for routine visits, with good results. They have great personalities, and a great sense of humor, and also have a warm, caring, superbly trained staffer, Carmen to help them help you. Then after being in a car accident (that was not my fault), they have been a major source of pain-relief and guidance over the many months during this difficult recovery process. This is truly when their caring attitudes, sense of humor, and exceptional skill is even more important. There were days that I needed a lot of help to even get in the door with assistance. Now after months of treatment, along with adjunctive therapies, I have been healing and making progress. I am very grateful for all the care and support I have received from Triangle Chiropractic, and am so very glad that I found them. \r I don't play golf so I can't comment on their chiropractic ergonomic performance coaching for golfers (or whatever the proper term for it is called). But, they have helped me with better posture and ergonomics for exercising, and strength training. \r I have very high standards in what I want from my healthcare providers, and believe so should everyone. \r That is especially why, I think they are the best! more
