WE purchased a Temo sunroom from Tri-State of Branford. This has been our favorite and easiest improvement we have made to our home since we purchased it. Our sunroom is so beautiful and adds such an airy feeling to the whole ambiance of our home. The room is beautiful and the entire purchase/process went very smoothly. I''ve gotta tell you, this purchase went quickly and smoothly, no problems, i was able to finance my purchase with tri-state's help..everyone i dealt with one-on-one and on the telephone at their office was friendly andprofessional. Tracy, I haven't met you in person, but you are a darling, thanks for your help. The installers were also very professional and did a very nice job cleaning up. Overall rating a 10 out of 10! Tri-State did a wonderful job with our wet basement problem. A very knowledgable representative came by and took care of everything. OUr basement is now dry and not stinky. It recently rained and our basement is totally dry. We will soon be finishing out basement into a family room and can say we are excited to be having Tri-State of branford doing the remodel.\r more

Our basement is dry! 11/2/2010

We have had so many problemes with the water in our basement. We decided to gget basement waterproofing done with tri-state. they did such a great job NO MORE WATER, NO MORE STANK, NO MORE MOLDY SMELL! I have to say this was the smartest home improvement we\r ve done to our home, and will definitely be calling tri-state for other work we need done. more

We has a cute girl come to our door that works for tri-state, she was polite and knowledgble about the products,,,,did i say she was cute? lol, anyway, we needed windows and attic insulation so we went ahead and it turns out we are very happy with the pricing and quality of the products that we bought with tri-state. Everything ran smoothly and they even helped us with the financing. A+ more

From our first appointment through the installation of our windows everything flowed smoothly and went quickly.
