Tri-City Cycle

My husband and I just bought him a new bike from Tri-City Bikes, and are very very happy with the service we received while we were there. We drove 5 hours to trade in his older but in good shape motorcycle at Cycle Central. My husband had been talking to a salesmen there for a week and had made a sight unseen deal with him for a trade of his bike and cash for a bike on their show room floor. When we arrived the salesmen was not there, knowing we were coming in to buy the bike so we had to deal with another salesmen. He refused to honor the first salesmen's deal and raised the price on the bike and would not give us what my husband’s bike is worth, we ended up leaving with our old bike. We just happen to trip upon Tri-City Cycle as a last attempt to find a bike before we drove 5 hours back home with the same old bike. We pulled into the lot and were greeted right away, we told the salesperson the story of what we just went through at Cycle Central. He assured us that would not happen there and started showing us just what we wanted to see. We ended up spending more money than we planned to spend but are not upset for doing so because we have a beautiful new bike well worth what we paid for it. Highly suggest going to Tri-City Cycle if you are looking for a great deal, great service and great bikes. more

Matt and Joel were the best...Tasha tried her hardest to find me a helmet and a jack for my wife...but to no luck. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE that is looking for a new bike to ride!! Tri City didnt have the bike I wanted at the time I was ready to make my purchase. They where able to find exactly what I needed the same day I stepped on the lot. Many dealers in the area had what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay but Benji Martin gave me something that you cant get anywhere else. He has a gift in sales that is priceless. I went to multiple dealers... talked to over 50 sales people and Benji gave me his time, honesty, and i felt he was looking out for my best interest from the very beginning. The sales Manager Scott was also a pleasure to work with. Ive been in the Sales industry for many years and I will never forget how well I was treated at Try City Cycles. Great job guys that was an experience I will never forget. I will not do business anywhere else and I will refer everyone I know looking for a bike to have the experiance I had. Thanks more

When I decided to buy a new bike this year I wanted to ride as many bikes as I could to make sure I knew what I was looking for. I was pretty sure I wanted a cruiser, but wasn’t sure on the size, make, etc. I had been to 4 or 5 other places that seemed uninterested in letting me figure out what I wanted. My husband took me shopping at TriCity and we met my new found hero,Eric. Eric pulled out every cruiser I wanted to try without ever pressuring me or getting frustrated. By the end of that day, I had ridden (and Eric had pushed) a lot of bikes without me showing real interest in even one. The day wasn’t a complete loss as Eric helped my husband find his dream bike. Eric even brought it to him the next week as it was snowing the day he bought it. I went back several weeks later wanting to ride more bikes. Eric again was willing to pull anything out and let me ride it. When I got back from my first ride of the day, on a cruiser, I said I think I’m changing my mind . I told Eric I wanted to try something totally different. Eric took me to a Honda ST1300 and despite the fact that it was opposite in almost every way from what I had originally asked for, he let me ride it....and ride it....and ride it....and talk about it....and think about it....and ride it. All along the way never making me feel rushed and giving me time to make sure it was what I wanted. I’m very happy with my bike - it’s hot :). I purchased a 2006 Harley Davidson Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic (CVO) this past May, 2011. I had been looking throughout the state as well as the internet and other states as I had traveled. I came to see Brad on an ad he had posted, and was extreamly surprised at how I was greeted upon my arrival!!! Brad was busy with another client, and his counter parts took over and were not only helpful, but made me feel right at home and had me sampling the bikes in no time! I was amazed after all the dealerships and shops I had visted in the past year, how these folks are REALLY there to SELL bikes, not just SHOW them! From top to bottom the whole staff and BRAD made my purchase one of the best purchasing experiences I have had spending $21K +!!! Fair price, Great Bike, and a huge thank from the staff as well as Great Sincere Follow up! I WILL purchase from them again and appreciate such a well managed and great Motorsports shop to support our sport and for me to shop!!! Thanks to all at TRI-CITY! You guys ROCK! more

We traveled from Wyoming to Louveland to sell our Yamaha FJR to Sun Enterprises. The experience was horrible and as we were traveling home we decided to stop at Tri-City Cycle. It was immediately a different experience. We were treated with dignity, honestly, respsect and we were so thankful that they were able to give us such a positive experience immediately after total disrespect at the other dealership. Goddard was wonderful in helping to facilitate our deal, and Benji even allowed us to come in on Sunday to pick up our new Bike and ATV- saving us a 6.5 hour drive at 7pm!!!!! We could not have been happier- I would definately recommend this dealership!!! more

I suffered a wreck on April 7th with my 03 HD Road King. Albeit my body was\r in question the care and condition of my bike never was, or at least was not\r a worry once your excellent staff got it. Your service staff was wonderful,\r professional as well as knowledgeable. I especially appreciate Sam Starlin,\r for treating my bike as his own. Great job. Love my bike. more

Overall this is one of the first Motorcycle dealers that took me seriously on my purchase of a Ducati 1098, I visited local Ducati dealers and they simply ignored me and treated me as if i wasn't going to pay. I have to THANK all of the Service Dept. personel for the Great job they did for me last week. My Road King was in need of repair and I had stopped at 2 Bar and shield Dealers (1 in Loveland), and was totally treated like scum. Adam listened to my problem and Gary came out and listened to my engine. Next thing, my bike was on the rack and being repaired properly. Four hours later I was back on the road with No More problems. Your Service Staff was very Friendly, Professional, and Prompt. I will recommend your shop to anyone I can for repairs.
