I honestly feel you can do better. This company is HUGE! If you want personal service I feel that there are smaller companies out there that can do better for you, afterall when you get to be as big as this company is you are merely reduced to a number and when you have as many operators as they do, it would be difficult to get the same person answering your phone all the time let alone have them remember who you are. Alert Comms. has many offices throughout the southland and I for one feel that they are too large for me and mine.
