Extremely Relaxing 9/9/2011

I was in NEED of a pedi and some TLC and just by walking in the door I felt calm and relaxed. The girls were very accomidating in anything I needed and I never felt rushed. I had a well needed relaxing morning and look forward to doing it again soon!! more

Great Spa/Salon 8/7/2011

Very inviting relaxing atmosphere. Had to change hairstylist & since Trendz was in my backyard decided to give it a try. Bethany is my new stylist & I could not be more pleased.I have also had manicures & pedicures in the past at this location and was very satified. Great job from all the staff. more

Great staff, wonder ambiance1 7/29/2011

Visited Trendz with my daughter and grand daughter for a chocolate mani/pedi. The whole experience was delicious. On top of that a wonderful glass blower was present for a trunk show of beads . Wonderful evening, lots of items in the lobby, purses, beauty items and candles. Can't wait to go back. more

Great service, friendly staff 4/27/2011

I have been going to Trendz for many years and can't recommend it enough. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxing, the staff friendly and welcoming and the owner, Alana, is the best ever! Bethani, hair designer, has been doing my cut and color for a few years and she's wonderful. I always leave the salon feeling like a million bucks. Although I have not sampled many of the spa services, family members and friends have and everyone loves it. The salon is conveniently situated in the main thoroughfare of Youngwood with parking in the rear. more

One Hell Of A Salon 4/26/2011

A retreat from reality; The minute I walked into this lush oasis my senses were spirited away to a land of cascading waterfalls and meadows of perfuming flowers. It was almost a religious experience, in the sense of almost a baptism into what all other salons shall be judged. From haircuts that would make the likes of: Sorbie, Collinge and Alexandre jealous with envy and the spa services that would make club med seem like a trip to the YMCA. I would highly recommend Trendz for all your hair and spa treatments, but don't just take my word for it, go there and treat yourself to a escape from the grind and a journey to the devine. more

A beautiful escape! 4/26/2011

Trendz is a beautiful and charming place for me to escape for some "me" time. I had a wonderful Swedish massage by Angie, I would recommend her to anyone. I also had my first experience in a hydrotherapy tub, where my worries and cares melted away. The sights, smells, and sounds of Trendz are amazing, from the minute you walk in and see a smiling face, to the minute you walk out feeling like a new person! I highly recommend Trendz! more

Second rate haircut 4/25/2011

I'm sure this place is great for spa services, but my haircut was disappointing to say the least. First of all the hair stations have a major design flaw. The haircutting chair is at the sink, which wouldn't be so bad, but the mirror was set high and I was not able to see anything while my hair was getting cut, besides the sink. Stephanie cut my hair, and the good news is, I didn't want my hair cut short, and she respected that request. The bad news is that she did not offer to let me see the back when it was finished, and when I got home I noticed the layers were really crooked in the back!! Really disappointing cut, it does not look good and for the price, I was expecting more. I imagine I could have gotten a better cut at Fantastic Sam's. Will not be going back there for a haircut. more

Wonderful Salon and Spa! 1/19/2011

I have been going to Trendz for several years and I have loved every service I have ever received there. Bethany always does a wonderful job on my cut and color. I love her personality and her professionalism. The staff is super-friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, and the services are exceptional. I have had haircuts, full service color and highlights, swedish massages, manicures, pedicures, and wedding day hair and makeup done here and all were wonderful. This salon/spa truly cares about their clients and it shows! They are a fantastic value! more

Excellent Spa / Salon! 1/15/2011

Trendz is a simply great place to receive ALL kinds of services! I have used many of their services and been super happy with each one! They have kept me coming back for more! The massage therapists are great and truly make the experience very relaxing! I have also enjoyed manicures and pedicures! Most recently, I became acquainted with Cindy, a fabulous hair stylist! She is so wonderful as is the rest of the staff! Youngwood is lucky to have such truly great full service spa / salon! more

Love my hair now! 1/12/2011

I have had issues in the past with my hair cut and/or hair color not coming out the way I expected. After going to Trendz, I never have that problem! I have my hair done by Bethany and she does a fantastic job. I ask her to do what would look best for my hair and it always turns out great! I highly recommend Trendz!!!! more

I have been going to Trendz about a year now and have never had a bad experience! I have my hair done by Stephanie. She does an awesome job on cutting and coloring my hair. I never have to wonder if my hair looks good--I know it does! Love this place! more

Best Spa Around 1/11/2011

This is by far the best salon/spa in the area. All the staff are so wonderful and helpful. I have had several services there and keep going back. Alana does a beautiful job on my nails, Shelly gives a killer pedicure and facial, and of course I love Emily too for her awesome services. If you want the best services and a relaxing atmosphere, Trendz is the place to go. more

Superior Salon service 1/11/2011

After moving from FL in search of a salon. Discovered Trendz to be the only local salon to offer Aveda service. Aveda is the best and Trendz provides a great atmosphere and results. I LOVE Trendz and Stephanie!!! more

i've been going to trendz for years....mostly for massages and mani/pedi's.....can't say enough good about it. i've never been disappointed with the service i've received and the atmosphere is great.....beautiful old restored house. Pros: cozy trendy atmosphere, top of the line services Cons: none!! more

Great place with Excellent Service! 12/3/2009

I have been going to Trendz for about a year now and always receive great service. I've had a variety of services done there, from manicures/pedicures to the Caribbean Therapy body treatment. I love them all and along the way have found a great hair stylist as well - Stefanie! Alana and all the staff are really friendly and make you feel at home, don't miss a wonderful massage from Edit either - she's the best! Pros: Reasonable prices, fantastic staff, beautiful atmosphere Cons: None! more

EXCELLENT ATMOSPHERE 10/14/2009

I love Trendz! I have been going there since the beginning, and I would never switch! Alana and her staff run a first-class operation. It's a welcoming, relaxing place that I always look forward to visiting. And the products ... WOW! The Aveda and Dermologica products are fantastic. I used to jump around brands constantly, but not anymore. I especially recommend the work of Stephanie, a hair designer. She's very nice and prepares for her clients. She has the amazing ability to predict what you want before you even tell her! Her work is excellent, and I've recommended her to friends, who also like her very much. If you haven't visited Trendz but are thinking about it, I highly encourage you to do so! more

Awesome Day Spa 2/11/2009

i have only been to Trendz once for a spa day but I will most certainly be returning. I have been to many other spas but this was by far one of the best. The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy. They have done a wonderful job of turning this older home in to a beautiful day spa. The services are great and fairly priced. The use only the best products. I highly recommend Trendz for your next salon or spa visit. Also sign up to receive their email newsletters and you will receive great discounts on product and services. more
