Hello All from Ellicott City Motorsports Service Department,\r
We are posting to clarify some information that is not entirely accurate from a customer by the name known as “Yannis T” on Citysearch. Obviously there are always two sides to every story, so we would like to give our side of this story and our experience with this particular individual. “Yannis T” came into our shop for his service on March 3rd, 2012, which was a Schedule 2 Service and includes the following below-\r

This service costs $209.00 Plus Parts, which the customer was informed at the time of drop off and clearly stated in our shop on our bulletin board. Brake flush is not included on this schedule, but Engine and Shaft Oil is drained and new replaced. Nowhere does it say “Replace All Fluids” i.e.-Brake Fluids, Clutch Oil, Engine Coolant etc. on our SCHEDULE 2 SERVICE. The customer never once expressed he wanted his brake fluid flushed and changed during the point of drop off. \r
As for the oil leak he is stating, the customer specifically asked for us to re-use his aftermarket re-usable oil filter which we do not recommend using here at the shop. We removed re-usable filter to clean unit of all debris and put back onto unit securely. Customer was informed that we do not carry aftermarket oil filters therefore we do not carry the proper o-rings to replace them and we do recommend using an OEM oil filter and customer declined offer.\r
As for the light bulb issue, our technician was performing his routine safety inspection before removing unit from lift and noticed that the brake light was not functioning. Therefore we took it upon ourselves to go ahead and replace the bulb under goodwill for customers own safety and satisfaction. \r
