We responded to their ad for Firewood Sales and ordered 1/2 cord of oak firewood. However, they only delivered 1/4 cord despite our having paid for 1/2 cord. They promised to return with the remaining 1/4 cord, but we never saw them again, despite several subsequent phone conversations. We should have known better when she specified cash only. Sulma Rede is the owner with her husband Jonathan. She is a sweet talking con artist and should not be trusted. They also do business under the name Christian Family Tree Service. I am pleased to announce that this company not only gave me the best price, they also were at my home when they said they were and performed the work they said on their contract. My house was left so clean and spotless. I will definately recommend this family owned business. more

ON SATURDAY, JAN. 10, 2009, WE HAD A LARGE PINE TREE FALL OVER AND LANDED ON MY NEIGHBOR'S SIDE. IT CRUSHED THE FENCE AND DESTROYED MY NEIGHBOR' S PATIO. I GOT THE YELLOW PAGES TO FIND A TREE SERVICE AND THERE WAS TREES R US. WHAT CAUGHT MAY EYE WAS THAT THEY OFFER 24 HR. EMERGENCY SERVICE. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE. THE CREW SHOWED UP TO MAY HOUSE IN 30 MINUTES. THEY BEGAN TO CUT THE TREE AND REMOVE IT FROM MY NIEGHBOR'S SIDE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW PROFESSIONAL THIS COMPANY IS, EVERYONE IN THEIR CREW NEW WHAT TO DO. AFTER 3 HOURS, THEY WERE DONE AND EVERYTHING WAS CUT AND HAULED AWAY. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED THAT TREES R US CAME OUT AND HELPED ME DURING THIS STRESSFULL MOMENT. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE WHO NEED A TREE TRIMMED OR REMOVED. If I could give this company no stars, I would. My husband and I had 7 mexican fan palms removed from our property two weeks ago. At first, we were impressed by their fast service and decent customer service. They initially told us it was going to be a 2-day job, but they showed up on a Thursday and totally rushed the job. There was a car parked directly under one of the palms that would have inhibited them from removing the palm. It was a car that belonged to one of our neighbor's carpool and they weren't going to return until 6-7 in the evening. Instead of just waiting until the next day to remove the palm, they JACKED THE CAR UP AND MOVED IT WITHOUT OUR OR THEIR PERMISSION!!! While my husband was at work and I was picking my son up from school and running errands, they moved the car a good 15 feet just so they could get the job done in one day instead of two. Then they didn't even remove the mulch or whatever it's called after grinding the stump. And my husband and I finally found out why. Our landscaper (Jose Gonzales... FABULOUS!!!) volunteered to scoop all the mulch stuff into the dumpster for us and we found out that none of the stumps were even ground down all the way!!! Of course they demanded their money and my husband and I (being naive homeowners) thought they did a great job and gave them a check. That was our bad. Now, nearly two weeks later... we have a gigantic dumpster parked in front of our house and Waste Management will not remove it because Trees R Us filled it up too much!!! This, however, is not our concern because the dumpster is under their account and they will have to pay the $500 if it stays past the allotted time. It's just a nuisance, an eyesore, and inconvenient to our neighbors. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... they are lazy and do sloppy and incomplete work. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They advertise in Ontario, Glendora, and Upland. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Cons: too many to list (read my review) more
