We only have positive things to say about our visit. We were treated very well and my family and I had a beautiful experience. From the receptionist to the technician they made us all feel welcome. We were able to see our son move around continuously. The technician was very patient in trying to get us the best pictures of him. It is amazing to see the growth in technology. Our technician was very informative and professional. We enjoyed every moment of it. We had our family baby shower that weekend and were able to share our beautiful pictures with our family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. more

I went here 2 years ago maybe 8/08 with my first pregnancy, and it was a horrible experience. I had been to a family members 3d ultrasound before and it wasn't like what I expierenced. The front desk staff and the Sonographer were uncaring and rude. At the time I paid for the most expensive package they offered, and got crap. Every single picture except 3 were blurry, and unclear, just 3 clear facial profiles,I got a VHS tape after paying for the expensive pkg.at the time. They didn't even choose the 3 ""better"" photos for the 5x7's, or for the buttons. THEY CHOSE THE PHOTOS for those and picked the worst out of the blurriest ones. There was alittle over 100 pictures on a DVD and all but 3 were blurry, and unclear, Its hard to understand how a sonographer could aimlessley take pictures without trying to get CLEAR SHOTS. I was embarrased to even give my family the buttons, so I didn't. My family was shocked to see how bad the photos looked, they were there with me and noticed how rude the staff was. They were in a HURRY and RUSHED printing the pictures at the end. My mom and I asked them to re-do the buttons and the 5x7's but they would not. I was VERY disappointed and would NOT advise anyone to go here. I should have wrote my review right after. I am pregnant with my 2nd baby, and I am looking for a new place for 4d and seen this place and realized how important Reviews and experiences are! Since I am reading them all now, trying to choose. BAD BAD more

The sonographer was very soft, gentle and professional at all times. She was worlds better than and far more helpful than the technician at the hospital. Thank you so much again. Also the warm jell was a small but wonderful surprise. more

If there is an option not to put a star - I WOULD. I am 22 weeks pregnant and I got their so called ""SILVER PACKAGE"" in their Glendale branch just this Sat July 10. Don't believe their website please. They offer discounts on the net and later ask you to pay more in their clinic so you get a DVD instead of an obsolete VHS. Who uses VHS?!!!! Moreover, the techs( I am not even sure if they're licensed) does not know what in the world they are doing. She poked and tapped my tummy like 30x to make baby move worst she would let me change position so quickly that they just want to get over with the time and you hardly see anything in the screen. This is pure BUSINESS. MONKEY BUSINESS. They say in their website that they can give u 125 pictures in a CD of your baby, well guess what?!! I had 10 and take note 10 pictures that does not even show a single profile of the baby. The baby video they gave is also a rip off. There was nothing to be seen and it was just all crap. Me and my husband literally threw what they gave us in the trash just because there was nothing to see. They asked me to come back only within 2 weeks but I have to pay $29.00 extra! (other places do it for free because no service was rendered and the baby couldn't be seen due to its position) DO your research. They said the best time to get a 4d is between 29-37 weeks. But in their website they will show you can go as early as 15weeks. Nobody tells you anything and nobody from that place knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALL ABOUT. I ENDED UP PAYING $129.00 for an obsolete VHS + DVD that is all black and brown that doesn't show you anything, a baby album from a 99cents store and 10 photos of blurred baby photos that does not even show a single facial feature of the baby. I am sure this experience could have been way better if we went somewhere else. We really felt we were deceived during the best time of our marriage life. TOTAL RIPOFF. Please save yourself the misery and find a more decent place where real people and techs are going to assist you because they really care. This place does ruin your ""supposedly"" blissful experience. Pros: none Cons: so many to mention! more

They have the most experienced 4D sonographers around and have performed over 20,000 4D ultrasounds. They are by far the most popular 4D center in LA. They have hundreds of hand written glowing testmonals from customers. Pros: Great Prices, Excellent Service, Friendly Staff more

RUN in the other direction. This place is gross!! Dirty waiting room. Not greeted by rude staff. Sat on exam table on the LAST customers ultrasound gel!!GROSS!!The so called nurse doing the ultrasound didn't know what she was doing. She really hurt me! I have never had an ultrasound that hurt before. We left with no pictures and told we could try again for another 30$! We spent 140$ and got NOTHING! TERRIBLE customer service, this place should be out of Business! What a scam.On top of this, they refuse to give me my money back.
