It's RIGHT off the expressway and under ten minutes from the airport. All I wanted to do is watch TV for ten minutes and sleep. The cable and the remote worked, which is more than I can say for some $100 hotels that I have been to. more

Had a quiet and comfortable stay on the 2nd floor. King sized bed was great for comfort. Everything worked: had a fresh bagel and coffee there. Not fancy, but clean, quiet and comfortable for $54.00. No complaints and pleased with the value. more

i always park here and leave my car when i fly out of kansas city....it is 5 minutes from the airport--the rooms are inexpensive--the parking is a bargain. i have left my car there 4 times for up to 3 months and come back to kc and just had to call and be picked up in a few minutes....i even got a jump once when i left an interior light on for 6 weeks more

We left our car at this property for 2 1/2 weeks and came home at midnight. The proprietor met us politely and we stayed the rest of the night at his hotel. It was a bargain to package it. We enjoyed being able to ""crash"" in a comfortable bed at that late time. Thanks to Mr. Patel. more

This hotel was great for the money.It had everything that it promised. We had a very clean nice sized room with a very good continental breakfast in the am.We stayed with the park and fly and they took us to the airport and picked us up exactly when we needed them to and our truck was in excellent shape when we got back. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. more

If all you need is a clean room with 4 walls, a roof and a bed, this is the place for you. This is a functional hotel, it's not the Ritz Carlton! This an obviously older property that could use some sprucing up, but that doesn't diminish the fact that the bed were comfortable, the TV & A/C worked, and the hot water in the shower lasted through 2 adults and 1 teenage daughter all taking showers one right after the other. more

Amenities were great (fridge, microwave, wifi, pool, desk with chair, coffee maker, breakfast, etc), reception was immediate and polite, and service was outstanding and respectful of privacy. Clean and stocked room. Breakfast offered a multitude of items and drinks to choose from. The building is not New and shiny, but the service and rooms surpass any hotel I have stayed at! more

We stayed 3 nights. If you ask for something the manager or his wife gets it right away. The decor is not ultra modern or expensive, but for the price, it was great. The pool is indo ors. more
