Best business trip in Lasvegas! 3/26/2009

After reading all the five star review in city search I thought I would try Travel Spectrum. The recomendation to stay in Paris hotel was excellent. Specially, the Bellagio's fountain view it was very relaxing. He was right you get the european vacation fellings in Lasvegas. The restaurent was very nice. He also provided with Vegas map, shopping and entertainment guide that helped us to make some time in between the medical equipement supply convention. I heighly recomend Travel Spectrum. AMAZING time in Mexico!! 3/11/2009

I gave Zul a place and a price and he not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. We booked a normal room in a nice all-inclusive resort and were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the nicest room in the place complete with a hot tub on our balcony that overlooked the beach. We honestly could not have asked for more and I will now book every vacation though Travel Spectrum. Thanks Zul! more

The Best business trip ever 2/27/2009

I used Zul and Travel Spectrum to book my husband's company trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico in January 2009. Zul was wonderful. The price he quoted was competitive and he made the reservation process super easy. He even requested an ocean view room for us, which we were given. And, he requested that my husband's employee's room be upgraded, and it was. Originally we booked Iberostar Lindo for us and Iberostar Maya for our employees. In same price he complimentary upgraded us and we got to stay in the same hotel . He even called the day before we left to make sure we knew we could check online. He also called me after we returned to find out how the trip was. We have used other travel agents in the past who do not do this. The super best honeymoon in St.John, Virgin Island 2/5/2009

With the three beautiful islands of St.Croix,St.John and St.Thomas, each with unique appeals, there are something for everyone: pristine beaches with turquoise waters,breathtaking coral reefs, tropical forest, friendly people, wonderful restaurants, nice shopping and all the festivals puts right settings for the honeymoon.Our travel agent was right about the Westin hotel, nice elegant, perfect view, dining and entertainment was excellent. Best Anniversary trip to El Dorado Royal 1/13/2009

It would be our pleasure to share our experience staying in Eldorado Royal in Cancun, Mexico. No wonder they were awarded in London Travel show was the top hundred resort in the world. First of all it was one of the easiest vacation I have ever booked. The travel agent was very courteous and experience. He recommended the Eldorado Royal and Eldorado Resort Seaside. Both were good but Only we can pick one and we picked Royal. It was a good decision. The food was superb.We were really astound. Each meal was wonderful surprise.The activities group did a fabulas job. We really appreciate the work of Eloy,Louis,Jesus and Jamie. Among the really outstanding waiters were Julio and Will, both at La Fondue. At the bell hops station, Martin gave superb service, over and over again. The room was great, and all was good. Overall we had a superb trip, and felt like it was worth of money. Thank you Zul and the Travel Spectrum who made everything was possible by letting them know ahead that VIP customer coming for ten nights. Best Anniversary trip to Paris Hilton 12/18/2008

We booked familly vacation through Travel Spectrum before. We decided to book our anniversary trip through Travel Spectrum. Which other place is better than celebrating in Paris. Zul recomended Paris Hilton because it is closed to the Iffele tower. We took lot of tours different day. We went to see louvre museum, we saw Leonardo de Vinci's famous art Monalisa and others. We took a stroll through Champs Elysees to see the Arc the Triumph the gate way to Paris end up in The fountais of Palace de la Concorde. We went to see opera in Place de L'opera house. It was amazing to see the great chandelier over the seats and also the main foyer. Of course we visited the Notore Dame Cathedral church and the Taz mahal of France the Sacre - Coeur Basilica. We passed by Moulin Rouge the other name is The French Cancun supposingly they have been dancing since 18the century according to our tour guide.We took canal cruise at night to see the illuminating city the best way to cover the area. Wish we had time to see everything. The Paris hotel was excellent almost right by the Iffele tower . When you go all the way to the top of the tower you can have the best view of the city. We want to share our experience with you. We are glad that we booked our few tours ahead. Listen to your travel agent specially ours ""Zul"", he can make your trip hussle free. No hotel like Bellagio the best !! 11/30/2008

Last year we booked with Travel Spectrum to go to Los Cabos, Mexico. We decided that we will go to Lasvegas. We called the same Travel Agent to book Vegas trip he not only found us direct flight also suggested us to book Bellagio. He was right because you spend money any way, might as well stay in a nice hotel. When you come back from vacation it really sinks in you. We called one of the travel agency in League City prior their price was higher. Travel Spectrum gave us fifty dollars discount for coming back to him. Our trip was very nice. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks for mailing us the entertainment guide before the trip aling with the brochure. It helped us to plan out the tours ahead. Thanks a lot ! We will call them up again. Third best trip through Travel Spectrum in Los Cabos,Mexico 11/27/2008

Third time is always a charm. This is the third time we used the service of Travel Spectrum. We have a night club business, very busy life. Whenever we get an oppurtunity to get away from hassel and bussel life, We call Travel Spectrum to book our trip. We always decide day before departure We understand it is very hard to book anything within a short notice. This time he took care us like any other time. He booked us to Desire hotel in LosCabos which is also clothing optional hotel. The air was direct and also he arranged limo transfer from home to the airport(round trip) and same in Mexico. We extended our stay in Cabo. We called Zul , he extended the air, limo transfer also booked another hotel call Cabos villa it was very nice closed to the town . Specially closed to Cabo Wabo night club, they played good music. Anything we needed we called him from Mexico he took care of it and he called us number of times. He tried to make our trip as perfect as possible. He even called the chef for special meals for us. We already tolld him that we will book to go some where in Christmas holliday. What a best way to celebrate 25th year anniversary in Hawaii. 11/16/2008

My profession keeps me busy. I run one of the bussiest construction company in Sugarland. I don't have any time to plan a vacation specially 25th anniversary. I found Travel Spectrum from city search, has few five star rating reviews. I called'm up, the travel agent was very knowledgeable . He set it up the whole itinerary in ten minutes trip to Hawaii in three islands. He arranged direct air, Nice hotels like Sheraton and Hawaiian Village Hilton in Big island, inner island air connection also round trip transfer in between airport and hotels. He also pre booked few tours like Pearl harbor tour in Wahoo, Hannah drive tour and Luao dance in Maui. At last in big island snorkling tour and also we swam with Dolphene. We came home with lot of good memories after celebrating 25the year wedding anniversary. Thanks goes to Travel Spectrum. There is no doubt in my mind that he has been in those places. Best place to do the Scuba Diving in the Great Barrier Reef in Cairns,Australia. 11/4/2008

We were bored traveling to Mexico and Carribean. We wanted to do something adventurous. We found Travel Spectrum they had nice review about exotic vacations. We called them up sure enough he suggested if we are up to it to go to Australia. We were excited we took his suggestion and booked two weeks trip. We flew to Melbourne the capital city of Australia very bustling city known for Arts, Fashion and diverse range of ethnic food. We spend some leasure time to explore Melbourne. From the sceinic beauty of the Great Ocean road, to the Yarra Valley wine district.We saw the wildlife in the Savannah Walkabout tour. We were aboard the Colonial Tramcar seeing the sights of the city by the night. We flew to Cairns where we spent few days in tropical north. We took a full day excursion to the Great barier Reef and arranged best scuba diving was the best. We also took the 100 year Kuranda Railway. And also explored the World Haritage rainforest. After three days we kicked up a knotch to take a Hot air balloon ride... the best way to see everything from the top. Next day we went overboard, decided to do white water rafting, it neve gets old. We flew back to Sydney, we did the touristic thing in Sydney and flew back to LAX...then home. That's what you call a adventurous trip. Thank you! Free upgrade to PRESIDENTIAL SUITES in Iberostar Tucan Playa del carmen 9/24/2008

My familly used the service of Travel; Spectrum prior. They stayed in adults only nice boutique hotel. They enjoyed it very much. They recomended us that we call Zul the King of Playa del Carmen. He recomended us that we book Iberostar supposingly that hotel is one of his favorite. The time of checking they surprised us by upgrading us to PRESIDENTIAL SUITES, it had two bedroom two bath, living and dinning area. Also zaccuzi on the terrace. It was breath taking. The restaurents were excellent and night club was so good that we really didn't have to go anywhere, the drinks were free, why go anywhere else. We did jetski and parasailing-we had BLAST! Excellent corporate outing to Lasvegas 9/22/2008

Group of us attended in Microsoft convention in Houston. We called ahead to set up a trip to Lasvegas through Travel Spectrum. Zul set us up with air, hotel in Lasvegas. We stayed in Planet Hollywood. It was a nice hotel and good location. We had a nice view of Bellagio's water fountain. He also helped us booking helicopter tour to Grand canyon, it took us all the way to the bottom where we had lunch. Not to mention we had two helicopter. We flew over lasvegas to see all the hotel from the top. It was the high light of the trip. He was very helpful. He brought the tickets to our hotel and delivered. Without him we probably couldn't book this trip in a few days notice. Next year we will book the whole things including convention hotel, few other cities in state and a trip to Cancun, Mexico. He takes lot of pride and he enjoys what he does. We highly recomend Travel Spectrum. Pros: He can book intrnational trip and in short notice. more

Ultimate lifestyle resort vacation 9/4/2008

This is our second time calling Travel Spectrum at the last minute. We are in entertainment business, we decide at the last minute to plan a vacation to specific hotel. Before we tell you our experience in this trip we would like to tell you about our last trip. We called one of the travel agency on post oak area.It was night before our trip. Any way we were talking to the travel agency as 9 pm approched the travel agent hang up the phone and never answered the phone. Then I called Travel Spectrum and luckely I gott hold of a travel agent who tolld me that the tour operator is closed at 9 pm. Probably that's the reason the other agent hang up. But this agent assured me that you are going to vacation just get ready. He called the represantitive of the hotel(hidonism) who was in E.R. He answered the phone and he tolld him how to do it. He started to work after three and half hours everything was confirmed. He even called us see if we made it in airport which we did. We figure if he can do it once he can do it again. this time we had day and half to work with. This time we wanted to go to Desire hotel the ultimate lifesyle hotel better than Hidonism. No major tour operator sells that hotel. No problem he booked our air, hotel, limo service from home and also from cancun airport. The hotel was nice. The entertainment was fabolous. The bad thing was we get up at two in the afternoon there is no breakfast because it is lunch time and we forgot to book tours day before .Next time listen to the travel agent book the tour ahead. Guess whome I am going to call next time. You guessed it ! You tell me it was a service or what. Rock on Zul!!! Pros: Thumbs up. Cons: Wish the hotelwould serve breakfast late. more

No place like home! 8/21/2008

My name is William Woods, I am Jamaican but I live in Sanantonio. This is the second time I booked the trip to Jamaica with Travel Spectrum. Me and my lady friend who is from here went to visit my homeland. It was my pleasure to meet somebody who loves Jamaica almost as much as I do. We are in our mid sixties we appreciate personal service not to mention their price is better than other agency. Zul has been in Jamaica for twelve times in different resorts. He sells the destination from his experience. Me and my friend we really had very good time. We travel at least twice a year. We are thinking about taking carribean cruise in Thanksgiving, guess whom I am going to call? You are right My favorite travel agent. We drove from Sanantonio to Sugarland to meet him. He took us out to lunch in his busy schedule and I surprised him with his favorite cigar. We even took picture together. I would like to take him to Jamaica with us to show the places he didn't see. I encourage everybody to come and visit Jamaica. I am telling you No place like home! Pros: The personal service is excellent not to mention knowledgeable! Cons: None more

It was very nice and simple, We had some points to redeem to get the air and we needed help with the hotel. We called Travel Spectrum he arranged the hotel it was very good price. He tolld us like it is from his experience vacationing in Paris. He even tolld us part of the hotel was getting remodelling done we may have to use different entrance but it wasn't a big deal. The best honeymoon place in Cancun Mexico! 7/25/2008

We called Travel Spectrum to book our honeymoon, Zul recomended Eldorado Resord Sea side. We stayed there for 10 nights. The hotel was fabulous. It was perfect boutique hotel for honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or any celeberation.There was romance everywhere. It reminds you that you are in honeymoon. Every body were very friendly.The staffs were amazing, they will go extra mile for you. the room was beautiful, not to mention in room jaccuzzi, open shower, stocked minibar. The decoration of the room with tropical flowers, oh Champagne and fruite basket was a touch of elegancy. The restaurents were fantastic, very nice food. The best place to do snorkling. Nice candle night dinner by the beach. What more you can ask for it. Zul was right this is the place to relax and have fun. We really enjoyed the experience. Thank you! Mui perfecto Honeymoon! 7/15/2008

Muchas Gracias Travel Spectrum! We called Travel Spectrum to book our honeymoon and Zul (travel agent)recomended we should stay in Eldorado resort sea side nice adults only boutique hotel. Good recomendation, everything was just the way he assured us to be. Even the transfer was upgraded non stop private car transfer. Restaurents were excellent, all ala cart no buffet with nice bottle of wine. Nice cassita room, open(roof top) shower very natural. Nice hammock on the porch. Staffs were very friendly. It is very friendly atmosphere. All the watersports and speccially snorkling you don't have to go anywhere, it was right there. We got to see lot of exotic fish. The best part of the trip was lay on the beach bed. It was perfect. Thank you very much! We will call you again next year may be we will try Eldorado Royal. Best Trip of the year! 7/8/2008

My wife and I were looking for a destination to celebrate our 2 yr anniversary. After much researching, we left it up to Zul and he booked us in the Royal Playa Del Carmen! Worth every penny! Zul made sure everything was taken care of, even surprised us by confirming the honeymoon package (Champagne, roses, etc). Will definitely go back again, and make sure Zul does the booking!
