This is our second time calling Travel Spectrum at the last minute. We are in entertainment business, we decide at the last minute to plan a vacation to specific hotel. Before we tell you our experience in this trip
we would like to tell you about our last trip. We called one of the travel agency on post oak area.It was night before our trip. Any way we were talking to the travel agency as 9 pm approched the travel agent hang up the phone and never answered the phone. Then I called Travel Spectrum and luckely I gott hold of a travel agent who tolld me that the tour operator is closed at 9 pm. Probably that's the reason the other agent hang up. But this agent assured me that you are going to vacation just get ready. He called the represantitive of the hotel(hidonism) who was in E.R. He answered the phone and he tolld him how to do it.
He started to work after three and half hours everything was confirmed. He even called us see if we made it in airport which we did. We figure if he can do it once he can do it again. this time we had day and half to work with. This time we wanted to go to Desire hotel the ultimate lifesyle hotel better than Hidonism. No major tour operator sells that hotel. No problem he booked our air, hotel, limo service from home and also from cancun airport. The hotel was nice. The entertainment was fabolous. The bad thing was we get up at two in the afternoon there is no breakfast because it is lunch time and we forgot to book tours day before .Next time listen to the travel agent book the tour ahead. Guess whome I am going to call next time.
