Wonderful honeymoon in Canery island,Spain 10/12/2009

The agents of the Travel Spectrum really worked hard for two weeks, to find us the best hotel with private pool in a secluded resort. After considering all the options my fiance picked a private villa. Our travel agent matched the online price for the air. We had to re-schedule the air but that always subject to change. We had wonderful time in Canery island. Thank you very much for your hard work. We really appreciate it. We enjoyed our honeymoon very much. 10/6/2009

I have checked the honeymoon package with beach destination in onine. Then I called Travel Spectrum see if they can book the same package. The travel agent not only booked the package also gave us $200.00 discount. It was a gift from my in laws. My father in law paid for the honey moon back in January, unfortunately he died before our wedding all on a sudden. In the mean time all the things went in Mexico such as drug war and Swine flue. We just came back from Loscabos, Mexico; we stayed in Dreams hotel. It was wonderful, we enjoyed it very much! The travel agent ""ZUL"" was very knowledgeable. He made it very smooth. Whenever we panicked about Mexico he calmed us down. We would recomend Travel Spectrum in a heart beat. We will use them again. Pros: Well done Cons: None at all more

We had gooood time in Las Vegas 10/1/2009

We found Travel Spectrum from City search. Our travel agent booked us friends fly free to MGM hotel. It was so good price we paid only 342.05 per person for air and hotel for three days. We won 800.00 dollars. Practically it was paid for it. We had good time. Now we( six couple) are planning on Cruise to Mexico this month. We are telling all our friends to go through You. We had blast in our honeymoon in Sun Place, Cancun 9/8/2009

We found Travel Spectrum from google search, Travel Spectrum has the most five star rating review. It convinced us to go with them. We were right their price was better than other on line's prices. Not to mention the service was superb and very knowledgeable. Travel Agent. We stayed in Sun Place in Cancun. The hotel, room with jacuzzi o/v and restaurants were excellent. The Maroma tours was one of the best tour we have ever taken. Horse back ridding,speed boat ride and ATV ride were lot of fun. Our Travel Agent called us during and after make sure the trip was OK. We were very happy with Travel Spectrum and I am pretty sure that you will too. In my next trip I will look him up. Thank you!! Pros: Very good customer service and better price more

So much to do in NewYork city in NewYork 8/26/2009

Few years ago Travel Spectrum arranged our honeymoon to London in Buckingham palace area. That trip was phenomenal. This time we had to to go to a wedding in New York. We gave it shot at Travel Spectrum again and they did outstanding job . It was direct flight and stayed in Westin hotel in Time square area. The location and view were excellent. We went to see the Liberty tower, Chrysler tower, ridding carriage in Central park. We went to see the Broad way show. The restaurants and clubs were very nice. Of Course nothing like the Newyork pizza, hot dogs and Zeros can beat any food. Oh the wedding was great. We had so much good time. Thanks a bunch!! May be Las vegas next time. WOW!!! What a trip in Iberostar in Playa del carmen, Mexico 8/18/2009

WoW!!! What a trip in Iberostar Quetzel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We were venturing on online to keep it under the budget but we couldn't find what we were looking for. We found Alegro resort. But our travel agent in Travel Spectrum found us better hotel for better price. He even saved money compare to the onlines price. Don't take it for granted thet all the online's price is good. They don' even give you the right hotel. He even recomend the location of the room where our kids can see monkey, flamingo from the balcony of our room. Also you can see Peacock, Turtle, Eguana and other exotic birds. Kids loved the kidi pool and family entertainment after dinner. Not to mention the disco club where you can take the whole family. Where else you can dance with your kids. They had blast. The water sports were fun. The food in restaurents were mui bueno. We give two thumbs up to Travel Spectrum, they did out standing job. They are so friendly, made everything so easy and fun. We will probably go back again. Thanks a bunch! Pros: The arrangement was fantastic! more

What an enchanting honeymoon at Eldorado Royal 8/12/2009

It was one of the easiest trip I ever had to arange. After reading all the five star review of Travel Spectrum, I was convinced that this Travel Agency is capable of booking our honeymoon. The travel agent was very knowledgeable and experienced. After discusing different options I was impressed with the choice of Eldorado Royal. The catagory of our room was Eldorado Royal Casota all inclusive infinity pool swim up suite. We had three upgrades first thirty minutes couple massage,second one was upgrade to fine wine selection, third one was candle night dinner on the beach of course flower, champagne and fruite basket in the room. Private direct transfer was nice. The travel agent also recomend that we take Maroma multiple activities tour that one was perfect we gott to do snorkle, Atv ride , Speed boat ride and other water sports were available. The service at all the restaurents, bar and front desk were emaculas. We found out travel Agent called ahead to let them know that we were his VIP client. The third trip to Aruba is a charm with Travel Specrum 8/3/2009

This was the third time we booked our trip with Travel Spectrum. Last two times we went to Las vegas and Cancun. This time we went to Aruba and stayed in Westin hotel. It was one of the best trip we ever took. We took the snorkling tour that was nice. We also rented jet ski it was fun. We enjoyed the sunset dinner at Sunset Beach bistro one night it was fantastic. Another night we had dinner at The Waterfront Crab house the sea food was very delicious. Shopping tour was good too. Overall the hotel, destination, activities, food, shopping were EEExcilent. The best Rigsby family vacation 7/28/2009

We were reffered by our friend Ms. Moore to Travel Spectrum. They have used them for three times. We kind knew where and which resort we wanted to go but it is hard to get adjoining room in certain hotel. Our travel agent Zul called his connection and opened one of the area where they were not selling this season due to the slow economy. But they opened just to accomodet us because we really needed adjoining room. That worked out perfect. The hotel's name is Iberostar Lindo. It was excellent specially, the restaurents. THE BEST family vacation in Hawaii !!! 7/25/2009

This vacation was very special because we wanted to take elderly in laws to Hawaii. This was our first trip to Hawaii. After searching in internet I was confused, then I read Travel Spectrum's all the review. Specially Hawaii's one. I called Travel Spectrum and spoke to Zul. instantly I was confident that he can help us. He shared his own experience in Hawaii and recomended multiple islands sice we had 10 days. We were originally 6 then one had to opt out due to summer school schedule. Without insurance still he collected one person's hotel, tour and transfer money back. We stayed in Wahoo for three nights in Hilton and took Pearl Harbor and Polynessian tour It was very nice. Three nights in Maui at Hayat and took Hanah drive tour and on sunday we even went to the chuch, the Hanah drive tour was fantastic. First time seeing the black sand beach was amazing. Last three days in Big Island, we stayed at Marriot, the hotel and the island was just like the picture. We took glass bottom ride. We were thinking about taking the observatory tour, instead we relaxed on the beach andby the pool . Overall the vacation was well planned. We called our Travel Agent from wahoo to switch one of the tour to different day, even though it was non refundable but he switched and e-mailed and faxed the new voucher to the hotel. Zul(travel Agent) was right if we have booked on online you cannot get support like this. His expertise and brochure really helped us. We have nothing bad but good to say about Travel Spectrum. Excellent family 7/18/2009

This trip was my sister's third trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico with Travel Spectrum. But it was my first trip with them(T/S). Me and my kids came fro different states. Our Travel agent booked the hotel only, we had all together 5 rooms at Sando's Playacar. Eventhough he recomended Iberostar but Sando's price was better. The hotel was great. The service was very good and so as the restaurents. We took the Shelha tour swiming with dolphenes. We lost couple of sunglasess. We tolld our travel agent wish we could get those picture at Shelha free in order to make us feel good. He traced the tour guide and the pictures. It will be delivered in next month in person in State. That's what you call service. You can't expect moor than that. Travel Spectrum's service is excellent.We highly recomend Travel Spectrum. Trip to Mexico is getting better& better 6/25/2009

Trip to Mexico is getting better and better every year. This time wasn't any different. Our travel agent recomended Sando's Playacar because the price was very good. For fifteen people the price matters. The location of the hotel was very good next to Iberostar Quetzel.We really like Plya because you can do all the water sports like snorkling,JetSki, Parasailing even Scuba..The service was very good. We had couple oceanfront room that was nice and rest were gardenview. Zul called the hotel and Lomas transfer and tour guide to let them know we are coming make sure everything goes right. Carlos (Lomas) was very helpful. Zul also called us in our hotel to make sure everything was O.K. He also called us after we came back, make sure everybody were healthy. I mentioned in my first review he was the best travel agent in Sugar land,tx. He still is the BEST!!! Pros: Good customer service like always more

Complementary upgrade to Pent House suite 6/10/2009

Last time we went to our honeymoon in Eldorado Royal, we thought that was the best. Then we found out San Souci Lido is also the best resort. It is one of the most natural romantic hotel. It is hill top hotel, nice garden. The room is so nice you can see the ocean laying from your bed. It has a huge Varandah. The restaurents are so good specially, The Casanova (French Gourmet restaurent), room service,private dinner specially cooked by chef in your room. Also on friday the moon light Gala; the food and dancing under the star with live music. The second time we had nice vacation with Vacation Spectrum. Ask for Zul, he has been in Jamaica twelve times. Very romantic honeymoon in Eldorado Royal 6/9/2009

We are so glad that we called Vacation Spectrum to book our honeymoon. He recomended the Eldorado Royal or Seaside. We picked Royal over Seaside. Because we read all the previous honeymooner had lovely time at the Royal. Sure enough evrything as smoothly as we were tolld and expected. The restaurents were to die for it. Oh the spa, unbeleavable. The Vacation Spectrum made everything possible. The travel agent even called us a day before, during and after our vacation to make sure everything was OK. He also called the hotel in advance, during and afterwards to let them know everything went well. There is no way you can get that kind of service by booking online. The Casita suite was perfect for the honeymooners, open shower, bed on the balcony and on the beach, very relaxing. We had a very romantic honeymoon in Eldorado Royal in Cancun. Quick trip in Hawaii 5/22/2009

Our Carnival Cruise was cancelled due to the flue in Mexico. But we wanted to go somewhere that's when we called Travel Spectrum. After pricing four five destination the travel agent recomended Hawaii. We thought it is going to be expenceive but it wasn't. It was nice four star hotel on the beach in Wahoo. He also pre booked our tours . He called us to check up on us that was very nice. We were so happy that every thing worked out very fast and his price was compareable to onlines price. Amazing recent trip in Cancun Mexico 5/22/2009

We were very excited to call Travel Spectrum after reading all the nice review about Eldorado hotel in Cancun. We also priced online(Expedia) but his peice was $60.00 less. Why won't you book with him. He not only saved us money but he also upgraded us to the oceanfront zacuuzi suite. During trip he called make sure everything was O.K. Well planned Hawaian cruise 5/4/2009

We were searching for pre boarding hotel stay for few nights in Wahoo and seven days cruise to visit few islands. We found Travel Spectrum through google search. They arranged everything nice and simple. Direct flight, nice hotel in Waikiki beach and also booked the Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor and Luao tour. Our seven days cruise touched Kuhului,Maui; Hilo, Kona,Kuai and back to Wahoo. Very well planned Hawaian vacation with tour and Cruise. Long waited Alaska Cruise 4/2/2009

We wanted to take a cruise to Alaska for long time. Finally we decided to go ahead and call Travel Spectrum to book the cruise. The Travel Agent recomended that we book private balcony outside ocean view room. It was a breath taking view. We also compared the price with the cruise line and their price was less than cruise line. The sevice was excellent. He also arranged hotel in Seattle night before the cruise. That gave us the chance to see Seattle little bit. It is my recomedation to every body should take Alaska Cruise once in your life time it was well worth it. Perfect anniversary trip to Eldorado resort in Cancun 3/30/2009

No wonder Travel Spectrum gets all the five star rating reviews. Because he takes good care of the customer. We were not even thinking about going to Cancun, Mexico for our anniversary. We were kind a thinking going to may be Vergin Island but the flights are longer and connecting. Any way the travel agent recomended to go to Cancun, Mexico. Our first reaction was no. Then he explained it is not in right on Cancun, it is few minutes way from Cancun very secluded. Nobody can come from any other resort like in Cancun. Also it is one of the best honneymoon and anniversary resort. Basically he guranted this is the resort would be what we are looking for and we will have good time. He was right everything was flawless like he said. He even called us see if we wre doing O.K. Since he is good friend with the owners and managers he even upgraded us to the ocean front room.
