took patients out of order, so made me wait while he attended people who walked in long after me. the day he was ""installing"" my implant, he had two hygienist students observing. he spoke to them exclusively during the entire 1 hour+ it took to do the procedure. he did not check in with me once to see if I was okay (mouth open, can't speak). when I reached for lip balm, because my lips had been stretched without a break for more than 45 minutes, he freaked b/c I moved. so, I paid THOUSANDS of dollars to someone who showed no compassion for me, but did display crankiness and arrogance. there are only a few dental surgeons in Abq. I recommend you go to one of the others.
