I do not want to give any star either. I am surprised that this place had any positive reviews. Questionable? These guys are bad news all the way. From selling a tranmission with the wrong sized parts in it, to stealing! These guys are scumbags to the worst degree! Cons: BBB rating ""F"" more

OFFERED 4 DAY SHIPPING. WELL IT ARRIVED IN 11 DAYS. WE PUT IT IN. UNDERSTAND WE ARE A REPAIR SHOP AND WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER24 YEARS, WE WANTED TO EXPAND TO OFFER TRANNIE SERVICE. PRICE WAS RIGHT FOR US AND OUR CUSTOMERS. WELL, WE HAD A PROBLEM FROM DAY 1. LEFT MESSAGES. AND MESSAGES. THEN WHEN THEY CALLED BACK THEY WANTED US TO REPLACE SOME PARTS. UNDER PROTEST WE DID. I FEEL IF YOU REBUILD A PRODUCT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO OVER AND REPLACE PARTS. BUT WE DID. AND STILL IT DOES NOT WORK. AFTER LEAVING ANOTHER MESSAGE WE GOT SOMEONE WHO STATED WE MUST SPEAK TO THE OWNER TO SEE WHAT TO DO NEXT. I KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT. EITHER GET ANOTHER TRANNIE OR FULL REFUND. This company has been fixing our trucks at work for over 10 years so I figured why not call them. Truck was done same day and shifts better then my wife's 30k Yukon. Where else can they get you back on the road in 5 hours? The wife and I were in Tempe,AZ for a family wedding from Denver for the week. I had to be back on the road Tues am for work Fri am. Called these guys and told them my situation. They said they could handle it and they did! What else could I ask for? Thanks Trans-Plant! I highly recommend. more

I don't want to give any star. We ordered a transmission. They said they have it and it will ship out 2days later. Nothing came in. I called them only they said was call you back. And no phone call in a week. That time, they already charged on my credit card. Then they asked me to send my old transmission because they need to use a part from mine. Well, they didn't have a stock for my order? So, 35days later since I ordered, finally they sent me a transmission. (I'm not living in AZ). My mechanic started to work and found some screws they used were wrong size. The mechanic said if he didn't fixed before he mount it, it would cause trouble. We had transaction problem with them. And their explanations to credit card company was almost not true.So, I had great lesson from them.Next time I will go Internet and check before I have business with any merchants.
