DISHONEST,DISLOYAL AND A LIAR 11/15/2011

This company and ownere deserve lowest possible ratingThis has got to be the worst privately owned business i have ever encountered. The owner (Deb) was dis organized ,deceptive and a liar.Signed up at the bass Lake MG location and 2 days prior to class they moved.Owner Deb offered to refund my money and proceeded to write me a check that bounced incurred $12.00 bank fee.Made at least 6 trips and spoke with Deb as to refunding my money and got every excuse from employee embezeled money to her mom was sick to she had to go into the hospital to prolong refunding my money. This woman took dishonesty to a new level.I wonder if the congregation at her church realize how decpetive she can be more

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 11/11/2011

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took ourmoney and then went out of business. Terrible customer service, terrible organization. They are now out of business, but have screwed many of us out of money. more

Worst-Run Small Business Ever 10/12/2011

Took months to get one behind the wheel session scheduled, then TW canceled on us. For rescheduled session, instructor stood us up, then didn't return calls. BEWARE! If you look back at online reviews, this is an ongoing problem. The owners are rude and unprofessional. We are out hundreds of dollars and had to hire a different school. Why is AAA partnered up with this outfit? more

TW has closed 10/11/2011

My son had a class scheduled today. TW was a no show. I called another driver's school and was told that TW has closed. If your son or daughter needs behind the wheel time, you need to print off their classroom schedule and provide as proof of classroom work to the driving school you are going to use. more

Just try to get them to return a phone call or email... 10/5/2011

I sent two emails and left two phone messages in the past week and have yet to receive a response. They took my money quite easily a month ago - are they even still in business?? I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible, terrible customer service. more

Training Wheels-Maple Grove Rocks! 5/18/2010

Best Driver's Ed for Teens & Parents 5/17/2010

This is a company that is AWESOME! They have a really good program. They made sure as a parent I knew what to expect and how the process worked, they gave my son extra time to complete his behind the wheel driving-he was scared after a friend was in a crash. They taught him how to manage a skid in the monster car. I highly recommend this company to parents that actually care that the kid gets training from the BEST!!! Pros: Involve parents, Driver Impact Panel, Skid Monster more

Rude *nd abusive is right 5/7/2010

I agree about his rude behavior. I cxl an appointment by calling information. He stated he never rcd my cancellation but later told me there were two t-wheel companies. He states he is ""My T Wheels"". He proceeded to talk to me in an abusive manner and told me that I would have to pay for a no show fee. I was shocked because his sign states T Wheels along with all collateral. But he tells you to call the My T wheels listing. I tried to explain my confusion but he kept talking to me like I was a child. This man should not be around children since he cannot even communicate professionally with adults. I will never send my other chidren to this man.I plan on filing complaints with the better business bureau and contacting the school. more

Training Wheels Driver Ed is Minnesota's best driving school 2/1/2010

Training Wheels has been Minnesota's front-line leader in driver ed since 1996. If customers have experienced problems in scheduling behind the wheel it usually means they waited beyond the school's guidelines for scheduling. Just ask our satisfied customers. Pros: Safety driven Cons: There are no cons more

Rude and insulting 7/28/2009

Dave (T-wheels instructor ) insulted my daughter by saying she looked like she was on medication. ""what is wrong with you, are you on meds?"" They also took my money and never gave us the behind the wheel lesson. They were consistently rude and borderline abusive. I recommend finding another service. I cannot believe that district 281 is involved with these clowns. I thought I could trust them since they were affiliated with the schools; that was a big mistake. This ""T-wheels"" operation seems completely illegitimate, be very careful. Cons: Abusive staff more

Rude and Nasty 9/26/2008

Terrible customer service! They don't return phone calls. I have been trying to schedule Behind The Wheel for my son for over 3 months. They take your money, but they won't take your phone calls. Buyer beware! My son spent half his class time at Culver's next door. Cons: They are con artists. Don't spend your money here! more

Let my family?s lesson be yours and try a different school. 3/3/2008

Training Wheels does not return phone calls; I have tried for three months now. They say they only return $100 of the package price if your child does not take their behind the wheel with TWDS. I guess that is, if you can even get a return phone call to request a refund. With 4-6 weeks between ?behind the wheel? sessions, our contract will run out before someone even returns a phone call to set these up. By the end of a renewal fee is written in the contract without a specific amount. I made calls to other schools around town and they are getting Training Wheels overflow of dissatisfied customers and have been for some time now. I regret signing my daughter up at Training Wheels Driving school! It is now going to cost me $600 more to sign her up at another school strictly for the ?behind the wheel? training. What I thought was a great opportunity for my daughter is now costing my family more time, energy and money. - Not mention the frustration at their complete lack of customer service and inability to honor their/our contract. We will be pursuing this even further. more
