When I first went to Trademark Transmissions, I lost the transmission on my truck. I thought they only worked on transmissions, but I soon realized that they provided service for any kind of auto issue. They do EVERYTHING. I've taken all of my vehicles there, and they work very efficiently on all of them. I get both service and respect at Trademark Transmissions. I have developed a tight friendship with the owner, Troy, over the years. He is just a regular person. A lot of the time, owners of businesses forget that they are people too. Troy, however, will treat you the way that you want to be treated. He has always been there for me and has never tried to take advantage of me or upsell me. Troy's only fault is that he has a big heart. In our small town, everyone talks, but I have never heard one bad thing about Troy. Troy takes a lot of pride in what he puts out. He does not take shortcuts because it is like an art form to him. He is the ONLY one I would trust with my '69 Chevy pick-up. He helps keep it in immaculate condition, and he really treats it like it was his own. He would do this for any classic car that came into his shop, as well. I highly recommend Trademark Transmissions. It is a great company with great people. I really like their whole crew. They do clean work. Overall, I like the way Troy runs his business. more

I've only used Trademark Transmissions once so far. I actually live down the road from them, so I was aware of them because I drive by the shop all the time. I just bought a car with bad breaks, and it got to the point where I couldn't drive it. I was looking for a place to bring it in, and some friends on Facebook recommended Trademark Transmissions. They were very competitive on price and extremely fast. When I called to make an appointment, they told me to bring it in that day, and the work was completed by the end of the day. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Everything was taken care of in one day, and that's amazing. I'm very happy. The car drives great now. I don't have any problems with the issues I brought the car in for. Overall it was a very satisfying experience! more

I have taken a couple of our cars into Trademark. They have done everything from replacing a clutch to replacing a switch on an automatic window. I have been so impressed with their professionalism. They charge fair rates and communicate well before the repairs are done. They are quick to get your car back to you and keep you informed of the progress. Troy and Kenny are GREAT! This was my first time ever using them. I had a break down on a Sunday, and had my truck towed in there. I went in on Monday morning and they gave me a price and estimated time of completion. It came out more quickly than estimated and at a lower price. more

The first time I used Trademark Transmissions, my son had recommended them, because he would take all his work vehicles in there. My van's transmission had gone out, and Troy fixed it for us. While we were on the way to a family reunion in Nevada, the van's transmission went out again. I didn't blame Trademark at all. It was just one of these things. However, Troy arranged for a rental for us and paid for it anyway. We still had my father-in-law to pick up in Medford, so he arranged for a van so we could make the rest of the trip. Troy paid for all of this himself. He really wanted us to go on this trip, and he's a wonderful Christian man. The following Monday, he picked up the van personally from Grants Pass, brought it back, and fixed the transmission again at no charge. I do all my tune-ups, all my oil changes, and all that stuff with them. I have nothing but good things to say about Troy, Trademark, and the guys. more

Way back when Trademark Transmissions first opened up, they advertised on the radio. Our transmission needed work, and we used Trademark. They were so much cheaper, and we never had a problem with it! We asked Troy our questions, and he fixed our brakes and turn signals. He has also done oil changes and tune changes. You name it, and Troy at Trademark Transmissions will have it done! more

I've had two different cars that I wanted to buy and Troy at Trademark Transmissions checked them out before I bought them. He told me if they were worth buying and I appreciate that because I don't know anything about cars. The other car we take to him is my daughter's car. We didn't get him to check that car before we bought it and we should have. It burns oil and when we took it to Troy he told us how to keep it running without spending so much on it. Troy works on a total of four cars. He changes the oil on all four. Sometimes he works on the cars back to back. When he is done with one car he will give us a call and someone will run the next car to him and switch. He's really good about that. I don't know anything about cars but I trust Troy. Since I've been going to Trademark Transmissions, I've not had any trouble or problems with them. I would say that any issues I've ever had, Troy's taken care of in a timely manner. I can get a hold of Troy in 1-2 phone calls, and if I haven't gotten him on the phone, he'll call me back. I especially like how they always get me in quickly, get the work done in a timely manner. Troy and his entire crew are professional and friendly. They are clear and concise when they explain what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. I've been going to Trademark Transmissions for a couple of years now. I first found him through the Yellow Pages, and I've never regretted going to him since. I told my daughter about them and now she takes her rig there too. I recommend Troy all the time. The way I see it, is if you find a good mechanic you want to stick with, why not tell everyone you know about them?! I wouldn't hesitate taking my vehicle there. He's a good person.
