The first time I used Trademark Transmissions, my son had recommended them, because he would take all his work vehicles in there. My van's transmission had gone out, and Troy fixed it for us.
While we were on the way to a family reunion in Nevada, the van's transmission went out again. I didn't blame Trademark at all. It was just one of these things. However, Troy arranged for a rental for us and paid for it anyway. We still had my father-in-law to pick up in Medford, so he arranged for a van so we could make the rest of the trip.
Troy paid for all of this himself. He really wanted us to go on this trip, and he's a wonderful Christian man. The following Monday, he picked up the van personally from Grants Pass, brought it back, and fixed the transmission again at no charge. I do all my tune-ups, all my oil changes, and all that stuff with them. I have nothing but good things to say about Troy, Trademark, and the guys.
