Another contractor who is waiting for payment done for TPC in Buda and Austin. Ty is slick on the phone but do not work for this guy. Customers may love him but they are paying him. When he has to pay someone else look out. Lots of promises but no check. Don't know how these guys stay in business. Hope you read this Ty. Some of us would like to stay in business but when we do the work and are not paid it creates problems. Hope you are enjoying the money you received for the work I did. more

We completed the work in a timely manner and the client was very happy with the work we did. It has been more than a year and Ty has still not paid us. We have had a lot of correspondence with Ty and have still not been paid. Ty, if you are reading this, do the right thing and pay us. more

We were hired by Ty Porter for multiple service calls in Center Point, TX. It has now been over a year and we still have not been paid. The work was done to the customers satisfaction and they keep calling me to come back for other work. My company hired Ty Porter of T P Communications for a new Nortel telephone system purchase, installation, training and warranty. Our facilities manager and IT person spent many hours with Ty reviewing the plan prior to Ty quoting the work. On install date, the installer, a subcontractor for TPC, arrived without all the pieces of the system and without the plan! When I asked the subcontractor how this happened, he said ?what do you expect, Ty?s a salesman?. Luckily the equipment finally did get installed. However, the programming of the system was never complete by TPC ? no response to phone calls, emails, or certified mail. And forget the training and 2 year written warranty. We have since found a certified Nortel rep to finish the job TPC would not do. Follow through, honesty, integrity ? that?s what I expected when hiring TPC. Ty took the money and ran. We had an excelent experence with TPC. I needed a company to run cable and install a Mitel system for me in a hurried situation. Ty came to the rescue and sent a crew which completed the job in no time. Im not sure what happened with the first poster but Ty Porter was the person who helped me and he did a remarkable job. I would highly recommend this company. more

I have used TPC Austin for several of my projects around Texas. They are the most cost effective and professional team I have done business with. I began doing business with Ty in Austin but have since expanded our relationship to many cities around Texas. I really appreciate everything TPC has done in making my job easier. more
