If you hate dealerships and the car buying experience, then you WERE just like me. I wanted to surprise my husband with a new Camry but wasn't looking forward to especially as a woman, shopping for a new vehicle. Luckily, Cedric and that brawny Mike V. made the experience more than great. Not only did I leave with the car of my husband's dreams, I got an amazing deal! I was able to take advantage of their June 0% financing deal and was impressed by the low monthly payments this produced. While I was signing the papers for my hubby's surprise car, my kids played in their kiddie room and were watched by a kind girl up front while I test drove a few cars. When it came time to take the car home, I lived close enough for them to go the extra mile and follow me home with the cardso I could surprise him. They went above and beyond and I am truly thankful. I will always refer others to Rosner Toyota and when the time comes, buy from them again. Thanks for everything guys!! more

I recently had some work done on my prius and Rosner did an outstanding job. The service tedhnician, Dave, was knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know the costs of the service before any work was done. The price was very reasonable. My past experience with other dealerships is that the service costs are quite expensive. This was not the case here. The person in customer service also was very nice. I will continue to use them for service on our Prius. more

These guys were great. I was on my way from New York to Florida and my old corolla had been leaking a small amount of oil. I hadn't noticed after drive a couple thousand miles, but by the time I got to Stafford, VA the oil light came on. Took my car in here and they checked it out for me. There was almost no oil left in the car so they filled it up for me to get me home, gave me 4 quarts of oil. Then, they didn't even charge me for the service. These guys were great, real lifesavers. Thanks! more

I just bought a car there yesterday. From start to finish, they were incredible. The salesman, Rick, was timely in his responses to me, answered my questions directly and without any b.s., and was beyond accommodating. Zero games. From there, the business manager and the finance manager made the entire process a breeze from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted, told them, and they didn't play any games to try and push me beyond that an inch. more

If you're in the market for a new Toyota vehicle, I highly recommend Rosner Toyota of Stafford. My initial search for a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Edmunds rendered numerous dealerships within close proximity up to a 50 mile radius. However, I'm elated that I choose Rosner Toyota of Stafford. Their entire staff (sales team: Sean Davis, Dennis Tinsley to their finance manager: Michael Jordan) are without a doubt the epitome of professional. more

Recently I was on a road trip when my alternator decided to stop working. I was in between Raleigh and DC and knew no one. After sensing I had been lied to by an auto repair shop up the road, I pulled into Rosner Toyota as they were closing. Elly Coats, the lane manager in the service department, was preparing to leave when I walked in about to freak out. The service department talked to me about my issue and got a technician to check my car out after they had closed and were ready to go home. They were honest with me, helped me to find accommodations for the night, and when I walked over at 7:15 the next morning Elly was waiting beside my car with a technician from the service department to get the process going. Elly expedited the process to get me back on the road and helped me through everything. The service department and Elly are the epitome of excellent customer service. I cannot express my gratitude at how bearable they made the entire process. more

    HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY


    In 1979 Ron Rosner purchased the Toyota dealership in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The dealership was located at the corner of William Street and Washington Avenue, where the Free Lance Star newspaper building is located today. Up until that point he worked for Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church, Virginia as their General Manager. Mr. Rosner is originally from New York City. He has a great love of family, golf and most other sports. He has a master's degree in international economics from American University and a BA from NYU. Ron spent time in the Peace Corps as a volunteer in Ecuador in the 60's. He is married to Nancy. Their son Clay Huber is the President of the family business. Ron and Clay enjoy working together as they both share a passion for automobiles and their wonderful employees.


    Clay Huber joined the Rosner team in 1990 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He completed the NADA Dealer Academy before working full time in the business. Clay is married to his wife, Gail, and they have 3 boys Jake, Evan and Chad who will hopefully join the family business one day!


    We moved from the old dealership on William Street in 1986 and built a new state of the art brick building where we are today on Route 1. We are proud to say that some of our very first employees are still with our company after all these years.


    As Fredericksburg grew so did Rosner Motors adding our Collision Center in 2000 and our Stafford Toyota dealership in 2004. This was also the year both locations added the Scion franchises to compliment our Toyota stores. In 2007 we expanded further by adding a Chevrolet dealership in Melbourne, Florida. In December of 2008 a dream became a reality when we purchased the Mercedes and Volvo stores in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Most recently we were awarded a Nissan franchise that will be opening in the Spring of 2011 in Stafford, Virginia.


    The Rosner Auto Group continues to grow and prosper with the loyalty and dedication of our hardworking staff. We are proud of this fact and enjoy seeing our loyal employees grow with us.
