Less than optimal experience in regards to their financing dept. but overall an alright purchase.

Efficient and knowledgable 12/4/2013

Came in on an unscheduled visit because of a warning light. The service representative fit my car in to that day's schedule for diagnosis and then fully explained what needed to be done to fix the immediate problem and what else needed attention. My car runs great now! more

I recently had repairs done because of noises in the steering; soon after the repair, noises returned. I called Toyota about it and they dealt with it right away and charged me nothing. I definitely appreciated the prompt, courteous service. more

I brought my Prius in for my 20,000 mile service on Black Friday, and was greeted warmly by Greg, leader of the Gold Team - as always. He reviewed everything that would be done to my car, ensured that I understood charges that would be made and asked if I had any issues we had not discussed. I was told my car would be ready in 2 1/2 - 3 hours, and it was, with all service points covered. I have never failed by be satisfied by the service department at Toyota of Lake City. more
