It is refreshing to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Irving 1/19/2011

It is refreshing to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Irving. I always feel well informed and that this service department can take care of me. They typically give you a range of options in addition to total replacement of a broken part. One other Toyota service department I have dealt with was certainly not so helpful with an extremely expensive repair. Toyota of Irving is where I will continue to get service for the Toyota trucks I use. more

I highly recommend this dealership... 11/8/2010

I bought a car from a gentleman named Skillet. His sales managers name is James Brown. I bought the car over 6 months ago. Mr Brown stood behinds his vehicle that he sold.(even though it was over 6 months ago) They helped me get the car back on the road and I highly recommend this dealership to anyoone buying a used car. more

Good: don't like anything. Bad: John and sam. Improvements: attitude. Other: i know some names like sam and john they are really cheating people with misguidence. eating lot of money from customers.i had tooo..bad experience, friends plz don't go here,even my friends also had tooo bad exp with these guy, shorrtly i am going to put leagal action with this guys.. more

Decent Toyota Dealership 12/7/2005

Toyota of Irving is a decent dealership. They do have a high salesman turnover, but that is to be expected I suppose. The inventory is better than average and the finance department will really try to work with you. There are some pressure tactics and I would definitely not attempt to shop there without a friend though. The service department is priced higher than other Toyota dealerships, but they will honor the other dealers coupon prices. Overall, if you need a Toyota in the Irving area, not a bad place to start. more

Toyota of Irving isa good dealer ship to get toyota cars. They have all the toyota models. The staff here is ok , not thebest. Some times they will pressure you. They have just enough inventory, not over the top showroom. The show room is not very big.Also the servicing department is not the best. The have very high rates. once i had a coupon but they won't take it. so i did not go. They do not make an effort for thier customers. more
