I would highly recommend Nelson to be your service guy at T 4/28/2011

I decided to head over this way out of a recommendation by a friend. I needed some basic work done on my car and headed this way to see what it was all about. I am usually not impressed with dealers when they do any service on my car but this one takes the cake. The guy who worked on my car was Nelson. He was a super tall guy so I doubt anyone could miss him. I was a bit nervous about what they would say about my car but he was straight forward with all the work that needed to be done. Some things were unavoidable (alignment / brake pads) and others could wait till summer. At the end of my appointment, he showed me how bad my old brakes were worn down and even washed my car. Overall, I had a great experience here even though it took longer than normal. Everything turn out great and my car is running awesome now. I too am a fan of the service department. I just wish their sales team would act more professional around the showroom instead of horsing around. I would highly recommend Nelson to be your service guy at Toyota of Irving. Just ask for him and tell him Alex with the grey Camry sent you in there! more

I had a great experience at Toyota of Irving. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful with my car deal. I worked mainly with Greg Rosas who went above and beyond the expectations that I had set for a car salesman. I will definitely be doing busieness with Toyota of Irving again in the future and will also be reccomending them to my friends and family who are in the market to purchase a new vehicle more

I want you to know what wonderful service I received 3/23/2011

I want you to know what wonderful service I received from Jimmy Arroyo. My car had been at another repair shop for my annual auto inspection about 2 weeks prior to my contacting Jimmy. When I took my car to the other shop, my check engine light was on and the A/C had started intermittently blowing cool air. I had asked the service shop owner to check on the A/C as well as the check engine light. When I picked up my car, the shop owner advised me that the A/C was due to the clutch overheating. The only way to repair would be to replace the condenser the cost being around $900. I left the shop worrying about how I would get through the summer. I went about a week without A/C when on Tuesday, June 15th, as I was driving home from work, my car stopped running. I am 59 and single, having auto trouble is one of my worst nightmares. It is so difficult to know who to trust. more

My wife and I were told we had 2year service contract 2/23/2011

My wife and I were told we had 2year service contract on maintain today with my 15000 mile check was told it was 2 vists that just isn't right we were told it would be keep up with on computer and they did not have write it down on paper thanks Joe and Deanna Britton more
