Buyer beware. They sold me a vehicle with bad converters. I didn't even make it home and had to be towed back to Toyota Direct. They said it was the rear converter and would fix it. 10 days later I got the vehicle back after driving it about a month and heard a rattling noise from the converter. Took it to Midas to find out the the two upper converters were bad. Just so happens Midas did all the maintenance on this vehicle before the owners traded it in to Toyota Direct. They said the two upper converters were bad then and no way could have tested okay for Toyota Direct. They also said since they didn't fix the orginal problem the new converter is likley bad again. Took it back to Toyota Direct and they tried to say they just went bad. Oh by the way, with the first repair we asked about the upper converters and they said they tested fine. They finally agreed to fix the problem but we are back to the 10 days and still no vehicle repaired. First they are working on it, then they haven't been able to work on it yet, now they finally admitted they have been sending it out to another shop for the repair. Also, try to talk to anyone on the phone is impossible. They are in meetings all day and have never returned one phone call. We have had to physically go there to get anything done. Out of the time I have owned the vehicle they have had it have the time. This has been a nightmare is not over yet. I feel everyone's pain that has to deal with this dealer.
