My Husband and I decided to buy a car, and before we got to this dealer, we went to some others, so we can say with all reasons, this is the best Dealer you can go to buy or lease a car. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and it was the best experience! I needed a car right away to be able get to work since mine had problems not worth fixing. I was nervous about having to be without a car but when I got there they gave me a good trade in value for my car and a rebate for having recently graduated college. The sales manager set me up with Angel, a really helpful and nice salesman. Based on what I told them I wanted they set me up to test drive the Corolla LE in one of the colors I was considering. I was able to test drive it by myself! I really liked the car and when I sat down with Angel he showed me the options that didn't come on the model I test drove. I said I wanted to add a sunroof. Given the price to make that change he said I should take a look at the Corolla Sport since the sunroof was included and I would get a lot more upgrades that wouldn't cost that much more than just the sunroof. They even ran the financing and showed me the difference in the monthly payments if I went with the LE or Sport. We went and brought the Corolla Sport down in the other color I was considering and I fell in love! It was like Angel knew before I did that I would really appreciate all the upgrades. I told him my big decision now was to decide whether I wanted the blue or gray Sport. I was outside comparing the gray LE to the blue Sport and I was really surprised when Angel brought down the Sport in gray so I would have an easier time picking a color! When the service manager showed me other options that the dealership could install on the car they didn't push anything and even said they weren't going to try and convince me I needed to add anything. I really wanted an automatic starter so we added it to the order and set up my first service so I would be in the system and would be easier for me to schedule oil changes and tire rotations (free of charge for 2 years!). I was able to drive my car away the same day even though I didn't get there until 4:30 pm to start looking! They said I could make an appointment or drop my car off to get the automatic starter done whenever it was convenient for me. I dropped it off later that week and the person I dropped my car off with was friendly and actually asked me if I needed to get dropped off anywhere which I wouldn't expect from a dealership. Angel and everyone else at Toyota did everything to get me set up in my new car and made it a great experience. I love my new car and I will always come here for service and future purchases. more

Toyota of Braintree is family owned (the Tufankjian Family) and they care about their customers. They have a beautiful facility, courteous salespeople who follow through with what they say, and never jerk people around. It is a completely different experience to what many people are used to! more

I can only comment on the car repairs because I have never purchased a car here. This dealership used to be on Bridge St. in Weymouth. They now have a new modern building in Braintree where Hilltop Steakhouse used to be. You drive into an enclosed drop off/pick up area and someone is there to greet you and get the mileage on your car. They have always repaired my car right the first time but it's not cheap. After the first repair they will send you coupons in the mail. They do an inspection on the car with every repair and give you a "certified inspection form" which is nice to have. If your car needs something easy like tires, brakes or a muffler go to a shop like Firestone, Goodyear, etc. Getting those at the dealership is much more expensive and Firestone, Goodyear etc. does it just as well as the dealer.The Toyota dealer shuttle driver can take you to work and pick you up afterwards which is convenient. They have a brand new modern building, you drive into an enclosed drop off/pick up area and someone is there to greet you and get the milage on your car. They have always repaired my car right the first time but it's not cheap. They provide a ""certified inspection form"" with every repair that tells what issues you car has. For easy things like tires, brakes, muffler take your car to Goodyear, Firestone, etc. They do those things just as well and much cheaper. \r \r They have a shuttle driver who will drive you to work and pick you up afterwards. If you want to wait for the car you can entertain yourself by walking over to Grossman Drive shopping center -Sports Authority, Kmart, CompUSA, Best Buy and Borders Books. Bob was very helpful, and not rude or pushy. I have bought two cars from him over the last few years. When I had a service problem, he even helped get me a loaner car. The owners, the Tufankjians, are always right there and are very nice people too! more

I have always like toyotas as my first choice of cars i just think they last the longest and give you your money's worth. I know of people who have bought from here and have been satisfied with the deal they got and the car they got. They have a good selection of toyotas and are reasonable to work with to get a price that you would like from what i've heard. more
