This condo association is so bad, I have been complaining for four years about the flooding behind our condo and every year i keep getting a differnt answer. This past year I was told they were getting quotes to get it fixed well the year is almost over and nothings been done. So tired of wasting my time and I am ready to move. more

Sterling Towne Properties is one of the most DIFFICULT management companies to work with. As of reviewers have stated, you never speak to a live person. Voicemails go unreturned. And it's not limited to one particular employee. From an outside perspective, it would seem that company policy is to screen all calls and ignore them until the tenant/homeowner pesters them. more

absolutely unacceptable 7/24/2010

I do not even know where to begin. First of all let me state that my experience with this company pertains to one single person only: Laura Neidig, who is titled the director of Management Services. From day one on i have been given the impression that she either has way too many properties to manage, does not know what ""management"" means or does not care about any issues that one addresses her with. Personally she was always nice and courteous (when you got a hold of her) but pertaining to the job it was always an absolute catastrophe. I have been dealing with her for almost an entire year and was not once able to get her on the phone. It seems as though every action is a reaction to multiple complaints and nagging (something i do not enjoy). I would expect that clear statements regarding dates and times of when things would be handled would make things a LOT easier, ESPECIALLY when you are managing a multitude of projects - instead every little shred of information has to be forced to light by emails from the customer - should this not be the other way around?? If something cannot be addressed until 2 weeks from now, just tell me - and not give me the tomorrow or maybe the day after runaround. It eludes me how this company has an A+ BBB rating and how they manage to stay in business seeing as there are plenty of other property management companies around. One would suspect that there is plenty of shady things going on especially with the way things are ""managed"" here. I will not go into more details, dig deeper and you will find more on the subject. In summary: if you are looking for a management company: stay way. If you are looking to buy something they are managing: run. Cons: where do i start ??? more

Sterling Property Management Inc is a fraud 2/28/2009

Sterling Property Management Inc is a fraud, simply put, they are cheats and try to abuse the legal systems to force home owners and renter to pay them fees they are not entitled to like gas, and electric bills. Twice they have placed liens on my home because the don't have a single brain in the company that can process automatic payments. Simply put, this group is carrying on all of the habits that make crime TV interesting but life difficult. All companies that work with them should be considered suspect. These include Pioneer Energy Management, Real Property Management and Suburban Natural Gas. Any community that uses any of these companies is simply not worth living in. Pros: None at all, there is no value to them being around Cons: Everything that is left, they simply do not have a brain among them more
