Quick and thorough cleaning made that much quicker because I use Sonicare. Quick check in, immediate attention, and easy check-out. Gotta love Towncrest! more

The receptionist was very nice, and so was the lady that took my x-rays. The lady that cleaned my teeth was meticulous. It lasted at least 45 minutes and I didn't mind because she was so thorough. These were the good things. The dentist, upon hearing that I had a sticky portion on a tooth, decided to shove as hard as possible in the crevasses of my teeth to find potential cavities. After a lot of rough jabbing, she said that I had two cavities (a lie) and that I need CAPS on them. (Not filled, which would have been much cheaper.) She said that it was lucky we caught my cavities early and I needed to come back ASAP. I've had that line before from a dentist years ago, a "pre-cavity" that needs filled. Got a second opinion and was told the truth. They constantly tried to upsell me at every turn. When a place asks for your ssn and occupation at the door, it's best to just walk out there. more

Tooth pulling 6/30/2011

Big surprise--insted of getting a crown, I had to have the tooth pulled. If it had been anyone but you I would have been afraid. 'But you have never hurt me and you didn't this time either. That's saying something. I know it could have hurt because when the anesthetic wore off it really hurt the rest of the day. It's been getting better. It still feels soft and mushy but I try to be careful. I mean what I said: not going back to t hat oral surgeon. I will never trust him. He said it would hurt but why did it have to? And it hurt so incredibly he must have hit a nerve. It lifted me up off the chair. The assistant was holding me down! No way. Ii w ill have to be put to sleep before any oral surgeon touches me again. Or else I will have to come to you for the shots first. I mean that too. Only thing was the stairs were a huge struggle for me to get up. Seemed worse this time. Still question: what about my crooked teeth? Thanks Jay, Bobbi & all more

Multiple Procedures 6/28/2011

In one short, efficient session I had a chipped tooth repaired along with two small cavities that were caught early. All this in less than an hour. I am always impressed with the caring treatment delivered efficiently that I receive here. I recommend them always. more

Check-up 6/28/2011

As always, the visit was efficient and the staff and Dr. Davidson friendly and professional. There was even an emergency patient seen in front of me and I didn't feel rushed and my appt. wasn't late. Highly recommend Towncrest Dental! more

Nita is awesome - she is great at putting patients at ease who are having procedures. Even something as routine as having a filling can be so stressful but she is so relaxed and personable - it really has a positive effect on patients... at least in my family. We all love her! more

Great for the family 6/14/2011

True story: yesterday I told my kids that I was going to the dentist and they said "when do we get to go"! Towncrest is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hygienists really listen and are gentle. Dr Maas and Dr Ballard are thoughtful but thorough (I've not been seen by Dr. Davidson). Our family has had great care there for years and I would recommend the office to everyone. more

I do not understand what you mean by "title." 6/14/2011

The service is always excellent. My only suggestion is that the staff introduce themselves to us or just say their name when greeting us. I don't remember from one visit to the other. more
