Exceeded Expectations 9/27/2010

Once again time flew by on what would usually be a tedious procedure. I do appreciate the special individual care. I can never leave Iowa City now because I'd always be comparing any other dental office and they would always come up short. Note to patients: listen for Jay and Bobbi humming their cheerful little tunes. Is it unconscious or on purpose to lighten the mood? more

Although I don't get as excited about my semi-annual check-ups as I would be going to a Doobie Brothers concert, I can say that I neither fear nor dread my appointments, because I know I'll be well cared for! more
