Town and Country seems wonderful at first, but once I got started with them it turned into a complete nightmare! I chose them because I wanted an agency that would do everything for me and get it taken care of in a professional manner (which we were more than happy to pay for, if they actually did the work). Their staff is young, arrogant and pretty incompetent. I specified exactly what I was looking for and they would send me candidates that barely, if at all met the qualifications...it was as if they had not even listened to what I had asked for. They charge you a ridiculous amount for their placement fee and they really do nothing else besides send you some candidates and a bunch of forms and attachments for you to do all the legwork. Yes, they do background checks and such, but for the price they charge to place someone with you they should be doing much more of the legwork (employee agreement, tax and payroll set-up, etc). I have never worked with an agency that charges such an exorbitant amount in fees and basically does nothing in return. You would be much better served going somewhere else or posting your own ad and doing the background checks yourself. Using them will NOT save you any time or work.
