T&C do a great job 11/1/2010

The process of interviewing and hiring childcare has always been a stressful subject for me, but I must say T&C do a great job of taking you (through) the steps. We worked with Cori Dobles who was great- very responsive to our needs, helpful suggestions, professional, warm and extremely easy to reach either by phone or email. The pool of candidates was of the highest quality and clearly screened ahead of time. We interviewed several and never felt pressured that we had to make a decision. We felt comfortable that there were enough great candidates that we could really just focus on the needs of our kid and wait for the right candidate. We finally hired a lovely young woman who has been fabulous. T&C still contacted me several timesover the year just to check in and offer support which also demonstrated their committment to having successful matches. Definitely worth the fees. I would use T&C again if ever needed! more

Our nanny is great! 10/18/2010

Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! That's exactly the kind of response you hope to get from a Nanny, and makes a parent feel like the kids are in good hands. Thanks! more

Everyone was prompt and responsive 10/13/2010

It was great! Everyone I worked with was very prompt and responsive. We had a glitch with a candidate that said she couldn't work for us on her first day because of personal issues. Joanne was right on it, offered temp services and got new candidates. We hired someone even better. more

EXTREMELY happy 9/23/2010

My Placement Counselors were great to work with and I have been EXTREMELY happy with both placements. Iris was great and Emily is fabulous. Emily has only been here 2 days, but she is everything I was hoping for and more. When you have to leave your only child with someone else it is very hard, but I have total trust in Emily and also had total trust with Iris. more

I was really impressed with Town & Country. First, I worked with [another agency]. They sent me six candidates, and I didn't like anyone they sent me. Then I started working with T&C, and Rosemarie [the Baby Nurse I hired] was the first person I met. Elizabeth really listened to me; she paid attention to what I needed and was looking for. Then she made the match. At [the other agency], no one was really listening to me. more
