Would give no stars if I could. Took my Shepherds to them a year ago and had an AI done to get a beautiful litter. She had 8 pups. This time was told I couldn t stay to witness the AI. The dog isn t bred even though they told me with all the tests they did (cost $400) that it was prime time to breed and that the male had perfect sperm count. I am out over $400 and lost people waiting for pups out of these outstanding dogs. I remembered that they told me that the vet couldn t do the AI after 2 p.m. and I was at work so left the dogs there. When I called at 5:30 to come and pick up the dogs (1 hour away) they said they weren t ready yet. Then when I picked up the dogs I heard an office worker say that this vet had left hours before. They not only stole the money from me they hurt my business. NEVER AGAIN! more

on the opposite note I have went to town and country for over ten years and they saved my dogs life she has disk disease and was paralyzed and they got her back to 90 percent without surgey. Dr b better know as Dr pete would never run away from you. They may be a little more expensive but you get quality care and arent your pets worth it. I will not take my pets anywhere eles and dr pete is who I request because he is that good and will explain everything to you and all the options. so if all you want is a cheep fix for your pet dont take them to town and country because you will get quality loving care there. more

Very unorganized-misplace records.Took our newly adopted 8 yr old collie in because her 2 canine teeth were bleeding.Just had her teeth cleaned in December from her previous owners vet& had them give her all her vaccinations-they were much cleaper that T & C.When Dr Blinkilde examed her, he said her gums were too bad -it would be best to have her upper canines pulled so we took their 1st appointment which was with a different vet.Dr B told us he could keep it under $200. complete with anitbiotics.When we brought her in early the morning of surgery-went over everything with the tech including that since Dr B spayed her 1-08 she was UTD -needed no pre-op tests . We also went over what we were there for-to have her 2 teeth pulled.Called to see how itwent at 2:00 pm, they told us good news, no teeth needed pulling! Then when asked how much the bill came to they said $310! And they didn't even do what we came to do!They only cleaned her teeth! & they gave a 3 year rabies shot &parvo/distemper! I told them we had just had this done and we had hand delivered all her records.They said ""Well, they didn't get in the computer so we gave her the shots but if you want, I can ask about having the $57. charges removed from the bill."" I asked why it cost so much & they said the antibiotics are $110.I asked why so expensive and they said because her gums and teeth are so bad. I told them that's why Dr B was going to pull the two canines & they said they thought she was just in to have her teeth cleaned!Got bill reduced to $185 ,a less costly antibiotic-didn't pay for the unnecessary vaccinations.We went to pick up our dog, Dr B was in the lobby talking to someone but when he saw us he quickly went in the back room to avoid talking to us.Poor dog couldn't stand up & didn't even know us! I spent the night on the floor by her crate -had to keep checking that she was breathing! 30 hours later,she was able to stand and go potty without falling down. If you love your pet, dont go here Pros: Dr B is nice until his staff makes mistakes, then he avoids you. Cons: Disorganized, misplace records, expensive, make several mistakes, endangered my pets! more
