Dr. Towle has been taking care of the eyes in my family for over 18 years. He is personable and professional. I am even more impressed with him now... after learning that he recently drove to my elderly grandmother's home to adjust her glasses for her.
She had phoned his office saying she had received her new glasses in the mail but was having some problems seeing clearly with them. Dr. Towle, knowing the difficult that my grandmother has traveling in a wheelchair, phoned her back personally and asked for directions to her home. He, along with an assistant, drove to my grandmother's house and made sure that she had been sent the correct perscription lens. It turned out that the glasses only needed an adjustment which he came prepared to do. I appreciate Dr. Towle's kindness and consideration. He is a true asset to his profession and I highly recommend everyone to take advantage of his skills before he retires.
