I live and work in NYC - grew up in Rochester so I thought I'd give some business to my hometown - big mistake. They are simply the worst and most inept company I have EVER dealt with. Ordered towels 8 weeks ago have not received them yet. Every time I contact these idiots all I get is ""we did nothing wrong"" the simpleton who is ""Customer Service"" just hangs up on you when he doesn't have an answer. They keep giving me tracking #s that don't register or indicate that a package has been delivered to them. Below is a transcript of one of the mind-numbing interactions I've had with them...

Obviously these people have no respect for their customers and I still have no working tracking # or towels...sad to say this but I will not be supporting this Rochester based business and you should not either!!!
