THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! The owners Moammer and Sohaib are CROOKS!!!! I placed an order for golf towels and never received it. After a month they said they were out of stock and would send my order in 4-6 weeks, at which point I cancelled the order and requested a refund. It has now been 7 months and I have still not received a refund. I call them once a week and in the rare instance they do answer the phone, they say they will process the refund immediately. BUT THEY NEVER DO. CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!! more

I wish I had been purchasing these for my kitchen all along. It is sometimes harder to find the towels in this smaller size. Good, heavy duty material, perfect for my embroidery projects. Did not shrink when I washed them and there was just a minute amount of very fine pilling here and there that will probably come out in later washings. Doesn't effect the quality of the towel at all. I would definitely buy these again. more

Ordered piano design bath towels - and I've requested not knowing they will honor 2 months old expire coupon which I received in my email - not only they accepted that and offer me free next day air shipping. Excellent customer service and fast delivery . more

horrible customer service and shipping 1/12/2014

"My last order took placed in November, 2013, and it didn't get delivered after a month. They claimed they made an error and the ordered was never processed. After I called, they finally sent the order in WRONG color. They demanded me to send the order back before processing my correct order. I did in a few days back in December, 2013. And now it is mid-January, 2014, and I still haven't received my correct order. The company's customer service and follow up is horrible and not honest. I will not do business with them again after resolving this issue." more
