THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT EVER!\r

I ordered a bedspread 11/26/2007 that was in stock for a Christmas gift THIS YEAR. With any luck I might receive it for Christmas next year.\r

If it could go wrong it has gone wrong with this order. The worst part of the whole experience was the way I was treated by the employees. I was bluntly lied to again and again (I verified excuses & put offs I was given even though I've done Customer Service for 30 years and knew they were not giving me the truth). \r

Every call I made ended with ""well call you right back, or I?ll call back within a hour"" and I?m sad to say I never received one call back from the dozen calls I made trying to get my order. \r

The upper Management is the Masters at lying; no wonder lying comes so naturally for the employees. I spoke with Supervisor Megan several times and she actually told me ""they were not able to ship overnight or for Saturday delivery to me"". I verified with FedEx just in case there was some odd reason they couldn't and Supervisor Megan was lying too. \r

Next I had the displeasure of speaking with Manager Scott, I requested a second shipment to make my holiday need date. I was rudely informed that it's to bad that my order I placed a month ago wasn?t going to make Christmas for me but they are not going to reship and offered no alternatives to correct their endless blunders made with my order.\r

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE TO DO YOUR ORDERING IF YOU NEED IT BY A CERTAIN DATE!\r

Three days to Christmas Eve and I need to find a nice bedspread for my Mother in a world where 99% of the population uses comforters, this is a biggie to put on top of the zillion of other things I need to do for the holidays. Thought I had this one covered when I placed that order almost a month ago, thanks for nothing \r
A Touch Of ""No"" Class.
Pros: They have nice product.
Cons: They are the most incompetent employees I've ever dealt with.
