I'm so happy my computer is working. It was making a horrible clicking sound. Everyone told me it would be several hundred dollars to repair. The data retrieval was way cheaper than anyone i found in Aurora, or the Denver area. And the price of the hard drive and install was great too. It only took 1 day and its working great. more

WOW! AFFORDABLE MAC SERVICE! 7/20/2010

I live in Denver Colorado, i had bought a new Apple Macbook about 1 year ago, a switch from pc, i was dreading the day that may break. From my research mac repair is usually expensive!! So i called around and ended up calling totaltech. 1st they have a free diagnostic, i did have 3 diagnostics done on the computer before i took it to them, 2nd they actually diagnosed the problem correctly. 3rd they are half the price of the mac store and way lower that any other mac repair store i found! PERFECT REPAIR! NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER!!! Pros: LOW PRICE! GREAT REPAIR! NO PROBLEMS more

I really enjoyed having Total Tech work on my computer. They did a great job. I had a virus removed and some upgrades done and it only took about 1 day. They did diagnose the computer at no cost, they did it at my house too which was nice. I wanted to bring it to them but they are strictly mobile.. But that's ok. They didn't charge a lot so my bank account really liked that! If you have a computer problem i highly recommend that you try them out! Pros: Great service, no hidden fees, fast & quality work Cons: No walk ins more
