Total Wine did not advise me of the return policy when I bought several bottles of champagne for an engagement party. I had several bottles left over, unopened. They refused to accept them for return because they had been chilled, and because they said the labels weren't in acceptable condition for their shelves. However, the labels looked perfectly fine. There wasn't any 'bubbling' or lifted corners on the labels. I had even let the bottles get back to room temperature to make sure the labels would be fine, and they were.\r
This is just for your information because they don't tell the return policy to everyone... the customer service representative didn't think I would bring the bottles back, so he didn't bother to tell me the return policy. Overall, I've had such a negative experience, I will shop elsewhere for wine and champagne in the future, and advise those I know to do the same.\r
