Excellent experience 8/10/2018

We had an unexpected problem with our water heater. Called TMI, they had a representative (Tim), out to see us within 2 hours of our call! He determined the prob,em was a faulty pilot assembly, not the whole unit. Had the assembly overnighted, call them when it arrive at our home, again within 2 hours, another Tech, John, arrived and installed the assembly. He then stayed until the unit was up and running with hot water.! I can’t tell you how superior the entire process to previous experiences with other plumbing companies. My thanks and appreciation?? more

Fully recommend TMI. We called around and we're surprised to find TMI had the lowest priced service call. TMI was easy to speak to and listened about my problem. Had a technician there within days. Mitch Allison did the work quickly and effectively. He was in and out, fixed only what needed done and checked other componants to ensure we wouldn't need another service call. Mitch was professional, courteous, and friendly. TMI will be our go to for all our heating and air needs! more

The gentleman showed up a little earlier than I expected, which was great. He checked everything & unclogged the pipe beneath the tub/shower area. Double checked to see that the tub & sink were draining well again . Very satisfied. more

Water softener system 8/2/2018

We had a water softener system installed in our home. We are on a community Well, and have alot of iron and a smell to our water. Thankyou, Tom and Blake it looks nice and the water is the Best ever!!!! more

After hour service call/pricing 7/28/2018

Love the fact I can call 24/7 and most of the time the service techs are super nice. But this time the price was just ridiculous! I called and just a service call was $129/139 for weekend/after hours. That’s fine, my basement partially flooded from my A/C I needed to know what the heck was going on. He ended up pouring hot water and some pool liquid shock/chlorine that’s the only thing we had. No bleach. My total $286.76, you’d think he would have had his own solution for that price! I can see if he actually did something but moving forward, we’ll rethink using TMI in the future. I’ve used TMI multiple times in the past and the price has never been this high! Lesson learned! Fast repairs, friendly staff 7/27/2018

The repair technician was very polite and helpful, and worked quickly and efficiently. And was much more cost effecient than having to replace the broken appliance. He had the necessary part with him so he was able to diagnose and repair all in one visit. more

Job was well done, however the price was a little much for what was done. The job required about $5.00 worth of materials but was charged 120.00 for about 30 minutes of labor, otherwise good work done. more
