Service personnel was knowledgeable, answered questions without delay, cleaned up the work area before leaving, wore covers on his shoes so not to soil my carpet. I am completely satisfied with TMI. more

Twice in a week. Once for heating check up, and once for much needed sump pump replacement. Great job on the sump pump replacement, just in time for big rains to come in! Fit us into schedule ahead of time! We like TMI! more

Have been very happy with TMI through the years. Never grouchy workers or dirty. Very informative also clean about their working. Woody is very knowledgeable and good at explaining what to rxpect! The girls in office were very thoughtful in getting the work done as the temperature was the right temp. The men came and finished the job. more

However, we think the service charge is over-the-top and will look elsewhere next time. . We also have your home appliance warranty program which we like very much even though our kitchen range never really got fixed. On time, courteous, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable . 9/30/2017

I have used TMI for several plumbing problems. Their knowledge led to fixing a major problem that had been ongoing for years that our old plumber couldn't understand. While relining the pipes Tom noticed the hot water heater was not sounding right and sure enough part of the element was out. Recently replacing a rusted outside gas line from the meter Tom greeted me and commented on seeing me after 2 years and ask how his previous repairs were doing. The follow up with a hand written thank you note for using TMI is a nice caring touch. Being on time for the appointment, respectful and courteous, and knowledgeable in my book makes for a great business relationship. Dawn B. more

Even though Blake did have to return twice to adjust thenew toilet flapper that he installed. The service people are polite, and seem knowledgeable. I appreciate that they wear protective coverings on their feet! Their suggestions of what needs replacing are not done in an obnoxious manner. more

I have been working with Total Maintenance, Inc. for about 2 years. They service our home furnaces and air conditioning unit. Their work has been great and we have had no problems so far. The workmen are professional and easy to work with and I feel that their pricing is fair. I will continue with them and would recommend them to others. more
