Very professional service!!!!

Worst

Total Comfort Solutions came out to take a look at my AC unit which wasn't working well. They told me it was broken and then they charged me a couple hundred dollars for the visit...

The serviceman was very nice and took his time checking everything out. I love the budget plan so it is much easier to have the semiannual checkup. I would recommend Total Comfort. more

Respectful, clean, efficient 4/22/2016

Terry and crew did a great job setting up the new HVAC system in our home and explaining the new control system. A team member performed a spring check up and brought the wrong filter (and left it here), but I was assured that a filter change would occur within proper time frame for replacement. more

Total Comfort Solutions is as their name says, the Total Solution to all your HVAC needs. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and super great to work with. They really show they care about the customer and have the most professional approach to the business. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and anyone else that needs Heating and Cooling services any day. They Totally ROCK! :) more

Absolutely professional and courteous service! 4/18/2016

Total Comfort Solutions installed two "Mini-Split" systems in one of our bath houses at Blue Valley RV Park. From the initial request to the quality control and training on the system, we could not have asked for a better experience. They are Top Notch and we certainly will use their services again. Highly recommend! more

Excellent installation, professional maintenance 4/15/2016

They did a great job installing my system. They helped with energy discounts and paperwork, kept me informed, they were on-time, and they cleaned up all their own messes. Seasonal maintenance services are well worth the cost and the guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. They also try hard to get me the best filters and stuff for my budget (which is small), including coming up with a DIY project to solve our dust and pet hair problem. more

Unlike any other of this type of company. 4/15/2016

For years, the local businesses of this type, you could call, schedule some time, they may show up in an hour or a week. Never let you know exactly what was going on, etc. NOT SO WITH TOTAL COMFORT SOLUTIONS! They schedule time with you, show up on time, or call if they get held up. They report in and do the job at hand, quickly and professionally, they clean up after themselves and then meet with you to tell you about what they did and make sure you understand all the workings of everything, then they send you a bill. It is almost always very close to the estimate, unless there were major changes. This crew is happy and they show it! I would highly recommend them to everyone. more

Always courteous and efficient 4/15/2016

Let's face it - it is always a bummer when you have to break up your day to have service people come in. But it has to be done now and then, and these folks are the best at it. They call you when the service person is on the way and let you know if there will be a big delay. So to the extent that it's always difficult to plan these things, they do a great job. Once in your home, I've always found the service folks to be courteous and efficient. Plus their automatic service plan keeps me on track to get the regular maintenance done, which I appreciate a lot. more
