We were in need of some carpet cleaning fast. Our cats got sick and had some accidents on the carpet in 5 rooms the smell was very bad. We called Total Cleaning Solutions to see if we could get some same day service 2 hours later the service guys showed up cleaned and the carpets look fantastic and the smell is gone. Thanks You so much completely impressed. more

All Around Great Experience 10/31/2012

I have had my carpets professionally cleaned for years and thought I would give these guys a try. The techs showed up right on time were very courteous and professional. The carpet looks better than anyone who has cleaned them before. Thanks Total Cleaning Solutions very impressed would definetly refer to anyone. more

Great customer service 9/7/2012

I was looking for a carpet cleaner on line around 8 pm and found these guys on line and said what the heck lets call the number and leave a message. Low and behold the phone was answered by a technician that explained there cleaning process and got me schedulded the next day for cleaning. Just out of curiousity I asked the tech why the phone was being answered and his reply was we answer 24/7 and just try to do what the competition wont do. Lastly, the cleaning was fantastic and the service was out of this world. more

Very happy with how easy it was to schedule an appointment and the staff was great! They did a great job on cleaning my carpet. With 4 boys and 2 dogs they got all the stains out! Will use again!! more

I was having my family into town at the last minute and needed to have my carpets cleaned. I found Total Cleaning Solutions from an internet search and saw they had same day service. I called around 4 pm in the afternoon never expecting to get same day service so late. I was simply amazed when the person who answered the phone said he could have a technician at my house in 25 - 30 minutes. Just as they said the tech showed up in about 20 minutes walked my entire house with me and pointed out some troubled areas. When the tech was done I was extremely happy with the job he did. Thanks so much !!!! more

Great customer service & honesty 7/25/2012

My carpet guy was honest and realistic about the bleach stain in my apartment but continued coming up with solutions to the problem. He was persistent and genuinely wanted to get it out. more

Very Impressed 7/19/2012

I must say I have tried many carpet cleaners in the past with little or no success. I have kids and pets and my carpets are challenged everyday with spills and stains. I called this company and it was very easy to get these guys to my home in a very timely manner. The biggest thing I was impressed with was there attention to detail and professional attitude. I never thought in a million years that the odor and stains would come out but Total did it !!! I would refer this company to anyone Great Job. more

Pet stains and oder treatment 6/24/2012

THANK YOU TOTAL CLEANING SOLUTIONS...I had the technicians out very recently to see if they could get some pet urine and pet odor out of my carpet and sofa. I must say they did a great job this was the third and only company that was able to attack and get rid of my pet and odor issues. YOU GUYS ROCK !!! more

Total Cleaning Solutions cleaned my sectional sofa on Monday. I'm SUPER SATISFIED! Techs were friendly, asked questions and then told me exactly what would happen. They were extremely thorough and did a GREAT job. Five star recommendation! The sectional took about 8 hours to dry completely, and when it did, it looked great and smelled fresh! (No doggie odor at all!) I don't mean it had a perfume-y scent-- I actually (goofy as it sounds) put my face right up against the pillows to smell them-- it just smelled fresh and clean. The techs (Erin was the lead) were an absolute plus to the experience, too-- informative, helpful and courteous. more

Great service and friendly technicians 6/22/2012

I called Total Cleaning Solutions to clean my carpets because they have a good name and have been around a long time. My husband wanted to get new carpet but I wanted to try to clean it one more time before we spent all that money. Much to my surprise, the carpet came out great. I got an appointment within a few days, was quoted a price right over the phone and they arrived at the time I was given that morning. We are very happy and will recommend them to all our friends. more

Carpet cleaning 6/12/2012

Wow this company is very very good at what they do. I have 2 kids and a dog my carpet hasnt been cleaned in sometime and needless to say it was dirty and spots everywhere. The technician walked my house with me and pointed out the trouble spots and indicated to me there were some challenges. After the tech was done cleaning and the carpet dried I was amazed at the difference all the spots were gone and it looked great. Thanks Guys !!!!! more
