When we ordered and shipped the wrong color bedrail to our house we thought we would have to order and pay for another one because the maker of the bedrails did not do returns. In the end tot to teen was willing to order the correct color and exchange the bedrail. We found them to be extremely helpful. Great customer service!!! more

Went to Tot to Teen to see their selection of Pedi Ped and Robeez shoes. We were not offered any assistance, and as I struggled to try the shoes on my toddler's feet, none of the saleswomen came to see if I needed any help. We ended up leaving without making a purchase and I crossed the parking lot to Little Chick Shoe Shop and had world class service there. more

I recently stopped into Tot to Teen and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection available and how competitive their prices were. I shopped at Tot to Teen once with my mom when I was a little girl and I have always avoided their store as an adult because I assumed their prices were too high. As I browsed throughout the store, I realized their are lower for many baby items than babies r us. I will never step foot in babiesrus again after one trip to tot to teen. They carry more product variation than babiesrus, which I was really impressed by. One example is play pens. Babiesrus does not even carry them! They also carry every color of bumbo, and babiesrus only has a few colors. They also carry Little Giraffe blankets, which are the best baby shower gift to give!!!! I received one and I love it! Also, the chicco stroller I bought for my daughter was $30 cheaper at Tot to Teen, wish I had gone there sooner! more

Excellent selection of exceptionally well made cribs. Very knowledgeable sales staff. We went there initially because they were the only store within driving distance that carried the ocean series of the baby's dream crib. I'm glad we did. They even let me move different bedding around to see which I liked better with each crib. I called around afterword and they were competitive with stores that carry that line of crib. We ended up buying from them because the time they were willing to spend with me to help me pick among all the styles and finishes available and their price. Special order time frame was explained up front and reasonable. Took only 2 wks for me. :) They get 4 stars only because delivery is not available but honestly it's not availble from most of the boutique type stores or it's grossly expensive (~$250 for a crib). more

If you are looking for unique children's clothing (infant to children size 14), this is the place to find it. They have a wonderful selection of quality clothing, I didn't think I could find things like this in Kalamazoo! They also have beautiful furniture, everything from cribs to bunk beds. It is the go to place for anything baby, things you can't find at the big box stores. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable, it is so refreshing to talk to people who actually know their product. more

This place is huge and has a very large selection of items for kids of all ages! We have shopped there on several occasions since our daughter was born and have found some great items that you can't find elsewhere. They have a huge selection of cribs and bedding and lots of other must have items for babies. They also have beds for older kids and some of them are so adorable and can't be found elsewhere. The prices are a bit higher, but that's because it is a specialty store so you should expect the prices to be a bit higher with the selection and service you receive. We love the store! more

The are a nice store and have well made merchandise but I found them to be very costly, unless you find something on sale. I did get a very nice backpack carrier there for only 40 bucks. I would say you should visit there and look for the deals. more
