I recently went to Toscana Salon for haircut & highlights. Diane examined the state of my hair, gave me a detailed consultation & recommended that I update my hairstyle & color. She suggested a hair cut & highlights that will suit my face, features, hair textures, skin tone & lifestyle. Thankfully, I listened to her. Diane did highlights, lowlights & conditioning on my hair and turned it from a dull look to sleek, healthy beautiful color. She updated my haircut, gave me a long soft layers & soft side swipe bangs that is incredibly chic, sexy & easy to manage. I absolutely love the results! She also gave me tips & advices on the best way to take care of my hair at home using color preserve shampoo, conditioner, treatments and styling product. My hair cut grew out beautifully & very easy to style. I get lots of compliments on my color & cut. I have been to a few "top" salons in WNY, but Diane's attention to details, friendly personality & skills really won me over. Diane is a pro. Even my mom loved it & said, "That is the best highlights color & haircut you ever got". more

I paid a visit to Toscana Salon on a referral from a few friends. I called last minute for a manicure and pedicure for an up coming wedding I was in. The receptionist was very friendly and to my suprise she actually offered to ask the technician to stay late for me, and she did!! My pedicure was outstanding in every way. I was blown away by the attention to detail not only in my pedicure,which by the way was beyond luxurious but throughout the entire spa. I immediately made my next appointment for a facial( which I hear are fabulous) and massage. I'm looking forward to my next visit, can't wait! more

I have been coming here for almost 6 years and I keep going back. The atmosphere is friendy, attentive, beyond clean and immaculate. Going here is a real treat to relax, unwind and escape to a place that is not your normal routine. I recommend going to Jen, the owner ,for just about anything you need - color, cut and style, up-dos etc. She is friendly, talented, attentive and beyond creative - a true artist at best. What's best is the stylist continue going to trainings and get educated on the latest and most up-to-date techniques and styles. So she definitely knows her stuff!! more

I should have done my homework before going to Toscana Salon. If I would have read the online reviews, I would have never set foot there. My experience was a good one until Jennifer, the owner, called me the night of service and said that there was a mistake on my bill. She then proceeded to say that I owed her money because her employees made a mistake. I was in complete disbelief. Is this good business? Do you call a client after they have paid and left and tell them that they need to come back and pay the difference? To my disadvantage, on that day I had purchased a gift card. She told me she was deducting from my gift card what her employees neglected in charging me. I told her I did not agree with it because it was not my fault. She was then very condescending and said that it was obvious that there was a mistake and that I probably thought I was getting a good deal. Is this professional? For $75 she lost a good client with her family and friends. Was it really worth it? more
