This is by far the best Italian in Utah, and compares equally to some of the best in the country, most notably NYC's Felidia! Valter's attention to detail is unmatched in this town. I suggest you have him prepare a menu for you. Everything on the menu is outstanding and almost too reasonable in price Aside from some small service-related annoyances, such as not offering fresh ground pepper, bottled water, etc., this place will be my weekly regular.
