Paul, Erik and the guys at Torq are by far the most knowledgeable around when it comes to understanding the very technical aspects of high performance. While they specialize in high performance cars, I had Torq tune my Ram pickup adding significant horsepower while actually improving MPGs. more

Pontiac G8 GXP Gets Torq 9/23/2011

I was told by many in the car community that Torq was the place to get work on my car. Seeing that its a GXP and quite rare, I wanted someone that I could trust and that would do top notch work with no details missed. Eric and Paul did a great job. Long Tube Kooks and Hi Flow cats and a dyno tune. My G8 sounds great, and runs super. Super professional install job! Fair price and they stand behind the work. more

Doing well internationally 9/23/2011

You're doing quite well with your international customers. I just wish there were more sn95 products online as "all" my purchases has been via your chat and thus not led to any bonus points. And lately there has been no chat..hence a few of my orders had to go to others like yourselves. Besides that i'm satisfied, and with those things sorted i'd give ya'll 5 stars. I ordered the Chevrolet Camaro MGW Short Throw Shifter (2010+ SS), but the part was not immediately available for shipment. I needed the part by the following weekend, so I contacted Steve and told him my situation. He upgraded my shipping free of charge to ensure the part arrived on time. Everything was well packed, and my installation went as planned. I was very pleased with the level of service I received, and I will definitely do business with Torq in the future! more

A sense for excellence 9/23/2011

There are not many businesses out there doing business like these guys do. Since they are active and tracking their cars they very quickly identifies the level you want to achieve. In my case, I have complete confidence in their thoughts and ideas, knowing they understand me and what I want from the car. The fact that they treat the car like they owned it while doing the changes is just another reason for the result. Simply a sense for excellence. more

Great Customer Service! 9/23/2011

I ordered the Rotofab intake for my G8 GXP from Torq after searching online. Torq isn't a sponsor of the G8 forum but I chose them due to the low price. What I received was the best customer service I can recall. I was kept up to date of the shipping process due to the holiday weekend. The product was nicely packed and I can't complain about anything. I didn't know of Torq before now, but will be keeping you in mind for future mods! Thanks Torq!! more

Hawk HP+ Pads and superior service 9/23/2011

The pads I ordered are great and the service was better. I was in a pinch to get new pads before my last autocross and Torq literally went out of their way to make sure I had them in time. I don't know how to thank you guys enough for helping out. more

Through various Internet Forums I read that Torq delivered a great Custom e-mail tune for the 2011-2012 Mustang GT 5.0's. Per my research, I figured I would give them a try. I placed my order on Tuesday and received my tune the next day. Two thumbs up from me for their prompt service. more

I'm very pleased with the tune so far, not so pleased it took almost 2 weeks and very little communication so I give 4 out of 5 Management Response: Thank's for your review. We are very sorry about the delays in getting you the tune; however, it is not standard practice for us. We are working hard at fixing some of the kinks in our mail order tune process. more

Email Tune 2008 Mustang 3V 2/1/2011

Ive been going back and forth with Paul about what he thinks makes his tunes stand above everyone elses. After a few days of back and forth correspondence about what i expected out of my car Paul convinced me to give Torq a try. Im very glad that i did. Everything feels better. I was having some start up issues that are now gone. WOT feels really good, pulls hard. Throttle response is again really good. There is not one thing about Paul's tune that i would change. Torq's customer service is great, Paul has always been there to take my call or answer my pm. Thanks again Paul for everything. more
