unhappy experience 11/4/2010

I am so disappointed. The hospital closed with all sorts of conflicting messages. Now my dog's medical records are at Romie Lane Pat Hospital. I have had a terrible time getting my records. They were not nice.\r Now I found out that Portola Animal Hospital did not close - the old owner came back and its called Toro Park Animal Hospital. They have been super nice. more

A Great Hospital 7/8/2008

This is a great hospital. The staff is so very helpful and generous with their time, like they really care. My dog was handled with care and Dr. Kay is fabulous. She took time to explain everything and called personally to check up on us. It's hard to find a good vet and I'm really happy to have found Portola. Pros: The location is right off 68, parking is ample, service is excellent. Dr. Kay is attentive and experienced with any ailments.This IS the place. Cons: none more
