As a former employee at Topline I can say James M's statements are not true. I'm sorry if you found the stalls not to your liking but I know for a fact that they are maintained clean. I would clean them once a day everyday of the week and they are cleaned by another employee on the weekends. I would get complemented on how clean the stalls were by visitors. I'm guessing James M went and viewed the barn n Sept of 2012 and i doubt Suzanne was hiding anything, there's nothing to hide. But that month was a rough month for all of us at the barn, we had to put down a great horse. Even though it was emotionally rough the stalls were still maintained. I find it humorous that James M stated that the employees were illegal immigrants when I'm white and born and raised in Washington. As far as Dimitrio who I assume James M saw and and was referring to as the illegal immigrant well he's not. To assume he is illegal because he is Hispanic is just ignorant. He's great guy and would never harm the horses in any way. I'm sure the horse owners would agree. Horses are beautiful animals and all have their own personalities some are stubborn and need to be nudged a little. Nudged not beat, and nudging is all that is done at Topline. Not everyone is going to like the barn and that's fine but to make untrue statements and accusations is just plain wrong. Suzanne and all the employees there make sure the horses are well maintained and care about their well being. more

Well from the get go Suzanne seemed to be hiding something. When I looked around on my scheduled visit I was impressed every thing looked nice but i got the feeling something was wrong. I figured that the illegal immigrants working there were bad enough and unfair to our local community to take there jobs away. When seeing this I felt that someone who cuts corners like this is cheap and unfair. This was confirmed when it seemed that Suzanne was more worried about the money than one should be, I watched carefully and seen hoe the workers were around the horses. they seemed to not care or the feelings of the horses and to me nothing makes me madder than disrespecting loving, smart, and kind animals like horses. they have feelings and they know how a persons feels about them. so i figured that i would come back unannounced later to see the real Topline. When I came by unannounced i was in awe about the stalls and the workers I could here some of the people yelling at the horses and gesturing to hit them. Suzanne was there and stayed out of site as best as I could, but the thing that bothered me most is that she had herd the yelling and did not care as if it were a every day occurrence this infrared me, If my horse was there i would have taken her out of there and sewed Suzanne for abusing my horse. So I continued on so i could get a look of the stalls. They looked as thought they were cleaned once a week at best i thing they spruce up the place for showing and visits and that is it. it hurts me to see horses treated like this and I want there to be justice for the horses sake. I believe the good revues on this site to be close friends of Suzanne's to try and talk up her low scale business. I hope if you read this you tell every one you know so that there horse can be safe and loved by there owners and there care givers. Thanks more

I am very happy with my experience at Topline Equestrian Centre in Woodinville. Owner Suzanne DeLyle welcomed my initial inquiry thoughtfully and I soon connected with one of her boarders in a partial lease. For a year and a half I have been taking lessons on a weekly basis with Suzanne in the art of classical dressage - her instruction is excellent. Topline has ample grounds for pasture and paddocks for the horses daily turnout. The facility is well maintained and clean. The large arena has well groomed footing. The individualized care and well being of each horse is of utmost importance. If a horse needs veterinary care - Suzanne is always on hand to monitor their care. Each horse at Topline is loved, respected, known and appreciated. When the time comes for me to purchase my own horse - I will bring him to Topline. more
