I was tired of Charter. The high bills, the lack of channels, it was getting to be too much. Then Daniel called with some great news. I vould be paying less and getting more. I didn't believe it but I thought hey can't be worse than doing nothing. I'm so glad I decided to meet with these guys. Honestly? I can't complain at all. Daniel said they could get me a better tv package at a better price and thats exactly what Chase, the owner of the company, did for me when he came out. My journey with this company when Daniel talked to me as he was serving my wife and I at Baker's Square. He told me to give him a call at his office. So I did and I made an appointment and had the guy come out and I switched a few things around and now I am paying much less for television than I was. From start to finish these guys know what they are doing and can help. more

Even though I told the salesman I would not change over to satellite TV at the beginning of our conversation he still attempted to sell me Dish TV ended conversation at that point. Guessing that satellite TV was what he was selling all along. more

I was moving to Savage and needed to switch from my cable provider. After speaking with one of the consultants, they found me an awesome deal for DirectTV. The process was quick and easy and they took care of everything. Plus I'm saving quite a bit of money from my last cable provider. They were helpful and walked me though the entire process and were really nice to me and my wife. I would highly recommend! Thank guys! more

A appointment was set up with my wife. It was for November 2 2017 at 7:0o pm. I came home to meet with these people but at 8:30 pm no one showed up. They asked my wife what we were paying and she told them. They still set the appointment knowing that they could not beat the price. So they wasted our time as a no show. I would not recommend even talking with this company. Apparently they can not produce and at the point of contact do not have the guts to say they can’t help you. Instead they setup a appointment they have no intension of keeping. Time is money and they are a waste of time. Kick them to the curb when they knock at your door. more

They came to my house on 7/26/17 and told me, in spite of having past techs telling me my house wasn't a good candidate for satellite, that they had a guy who was a wizard. For the last 2 days I have no signal. The signal that I did have prior to this was buggy and cut out often. He jerrry rigged a system that worked (kind of) for a few days on one of my TVs that was especially bad. I was under the understand he was going to came back and fix it. Apparently that wasn't his understanding, I can't wait for a week for him to show up, so I called Dish directly This has been a total disaster for me. I hope I'm not out $2400 more

Our experience with this company has been less than favorable. A representative came to our house and told us the only way to save money would be to change from Charter Communications to Direct TV for cable services. We were told that the services had greatly improved over the years and gone were the days of the cable going out when there were storms. He stated that we would probably have outages totaling about a week each year. We had the system installed on a Wednesday and less than 8 hours later the cable went out. The technician came out and replaced a part and the system worked good for about three days. Since that time our cable has gone out more than Charter did in the 15+ years we had their services. When it went out the second time I sent an email to the representative asking that he contact me via phone the following day to discuss the issues we were having and what could be done to resolve the issues. I received a response to my email, never a phone call, with additional excuses as to why it went out again. This email never provided any resolution to my concerns. When I received my first bill I found out that we are now stuck with this less than acceptable service for two years otherwise we will be charged extra fees. We were never told that we would have to stay with Direct TV for two years when we agreed to change our carrier. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service provided to date has been unacceptable and I should have listened to my gut when it was telling me to run the other way as fast as possible. I rated as one star as zero was not an option. more
