The repairmen was here and confirmed that TopCat had been bought by Better Homes Applicances. I called Thursday and was given an repairman appointment for the next morning. The repairman came on schedule, listened, diagnosed and fixed the dripping refrigerator problem within a half hour. Very professional service. They guarantee their work and are prepared to come back if the problem returns. more

BBB rated A+ for good reason! 3/22/2010

I called Topcat appliance repair at 9:45 pm on Sunday because my refrigerator quit cooling and food started to defrost. The owner Delayne Hiott answered the phone and sent a service guy first thing this morming. The tech found my defrost timer stuck and replaced it in a jiffy! Thanks again guys! Best customer service ever! 9/30/2009

I called for refrigerator repair after coming home to food defrosting in my 3 yr old GE fridge. The repair guy got my problem taken care of in record time, which was wonderful, as I was leaving for vacation in the morning. Really great customer service all the way around, which is so hard to find these days. Would surely use again! Pros: polite,on time,had parts with him Cons: none I could see more

We had a defective Kenmore HE3 washer (identical to Whirlpool Duet) - a very common and popular model. Had cleaned out pump filter before (was totally empty), then called TopCat. Repair tech told us the washer is still not working and we would need ""a new control board and a new pump.\r \r While we were disappointed at the initial visit, the owner of TopCat called us and was genuinely concerned and asked for feedback about the technician. Refunded the service fee.\r \r Any business that is larger has to rely on employees and they all make mistakes, but I recommend TopCat as the owner showed that he was genuinely concerned and cared about the customers.\r \r \r \r Pros: Fast, genuinely interested in fixing issue Cons: Unable to repair washer immediately more

Fast, fair & friendly 2/17/2009

We got back from Key West with piles of laundry to wash & found the dryer not heating. The former owners had an Aaron appliance repair sticker on the washer so that's who we called. Great choice! They came out in an hour & replaced my element and thermostat and got us out of a major dilemma, all this @ 5:45 pm on a Friday night. The owner of Aaron's, now Top Cat Appliance repair ,Delayne Hiott, was friendly and a straight forward gentleman to deal with. Pros: Great service! more

I arrived home @ 5:30pm to find my refrigerator dead & food thawing out. I called Top Cat appliance & he was here w/i 35mins, diagnosed problem,had parts on hand to repair,and got me back running by 6:30pm!
