Worst Dealership in Waterbury. Did not have the car ready when I went to pick it up. Salesperson was a total liar. Made me give him a $500 deposit even though the car I was trading in was valued at a higher amount than the car I was trading for. He was to pay me over $5000.00 when I picked up the car I was purchasing from the dealership. He talked me into giving him a deposit to make sure I was coming back to purchase the car. I did not purchase the car because it was not ready when I got there, they did not do half of what they were supposed to do to the car. The Dishonest Used Car Dealer kept my $500.. I would never do business with this DISHONEST USED CAR DEALER ever again. more

they sold me a car knowing that there were numerous leaks, and didnt say a thing. i saw the guy doing something to under the car when i went to pick it up and when i asked they said oh hes just doing a check to make sure everything is good. a month later i find out everything wasnt good. im stuck with a lemon, to top it off he sold me a warranty saying it would cover everything. It covers nothing at all. Do not purchase from them, they are complete lyers. more

We bought a car from ""Eddie"" at Tony's, the check engine light was on prior to purchase, they sent the car to Acura to ""make the car right"" before selling it to us - even threw in new tires. The purchase price was approximately $5,900.00. 2 weeks later the check engine light came back on, Acura said it's a different ""code"" so they can't do anything, Eddie said ""let's see if we can get you into a different car"". After driving 1/2 hour back to Tony's, we were told they would give us $2,000 for the car as trade (and didn't have another car we wanted) and we would have to roll the difference into a new loan. Although there was no warrantee on the car, they should have stood behind their sale. We put less than 2,000 miles on it. They sold the car to us for $5,900 and 2000 miles later will give us $2,000 for trade. Now we are stuck with a piece of junk with a 30 month loan on it. By the way - we are told repairs will be over $5,000.00 for both engine and transmission problems. more
