Starting a full month before my current auto insurance was to expire, I attained a quote from an agent named Lisa. Considering that the premium payment was great, I decided to go ahead and get a policy from this agency. I was told that about a week before my current policy was to expire, Tina was going to call me and get it all lined up. She called, all was good, I said let s do it... Now the fun begins.... three days before this policy was to go into effect, I get a call from Tina indicating that the monthly premium was going to go up some 20% because of some information she just found out. In order to get the premium back to an acceptable number I had to remove some coverage options to get the monthly premium back to an acceptable rate. ::::sigh::: Ok I thought....\r
